This Law Firm has changed my opinion about them. No communication after being told to call. They have communication gaps and they lawyer Erica be in the office and doesn’t want to answer her clients. If this is how they acting then I can’t recommend them to nobody.. and it still happening. Being told one thing and they do another. This law firm needs to really contact they clients and stop blowing them off

The most disappointing thing about reviews now a days is that they’re potentially purchased by the establishment and sponsored to show up before any other recommendation. I had hope this establishment was genuine and going to keep the same level of communication from when I signed the retainer but I was wrong. I usually only leave reviews when I’ve had either a great experience or a consistently frustrating & unprofessional one. Initially, this law firm was very responsive, but after I signed the retainer, communication became nearly nonexistent (had I not been the one reaching out ALL the time) and I often struggled to get updates or responses. My main concern throughout the process was my health and medical care. I was given a doctor referral, but I ultimately had to follow up myself because I never heard from the office/doctor directly. When I called to get more information, I was placed on hold and told I’d receive a callback, which never happened. The issue wasn’t being responsible to contact their doctor referral - I was upset with the lack of communication from the law firm and their referral + lack of urgency as more than 2 weeks passed and my head injury was getting worse. I never received a follow up email of what the rundown would be or what I can expect from their team. Ever. This was my personal experience, and I would encourage others to do thorough research and make sure the level of communication meets their expectations before committing.

I opened my case nearly three years ago with Kevin Klein. After the initial period, communication slowed significantly, and at times the case felt inactive. I followed up in May 2025 seeking clarity and was informed the case had been reassigned, though I was not provided with much detail about the status or next steps. Based on my understanding from earlier conversations, the case was expected to move forward in a certain direction, but that did not appear to happen. After I posted a review, I did hear back from Kevin, he was reassigned the case, and saw some movement, though this was several years into the process. More recently, I spoke with Kevin in November, and as of about a month and a half later, some documents were still incomplete or not submitted. Jen contacted me to address corrections, and I am currently still waiting for the process to move forward. While Kevin seems knowledgeable and professional, my experience with overall office communication has been challenging. Updates were limited unless I reached out, and document review and completion took longer than I expected. Given the length of time involved, I found the experience frustrating and not aligned with what I had anticipated when I retained representation. I hope this feedback helps the firm reflect on communication practices and case prioritization so that all clients feel supported throughout the process. Update as of 3/2: No communication, no updates, no lawyer active email. Absolutely terrible.

My rating is very bad. In 2010 during surgery I had a cardiac arrest . I was given the wrong dosage of the anesthetic medication Propofol. I sued the anesthesiologist in the company "Rosenbaum and Rosenbaum". There, lower Mathew Gammons dragged out proceedings for 15 years. His consultants did not find correlation between Propofol and toxic heart damage although this was proven in Michael Jackson's trial and is known throughout the world. Mathew Gammons did not represent my interests in court at all. Hi took $50 000 from anesthesiologist. From this money he takes $16 000. $17 000 he gives to insurance company for 15 years of service even though I paid monthly for medical insurance for all 15 years. So if my case took 25 years to resolve, would i have to pay for 25 years? Or maybe even for life? Now I'm retired. And Mr. Gommons is forcing me to pay Medicare out of those $50 000. I don't understand how Medicare relates to the incident in 2010. And why I should pay for damage caused to me. I didn't receive any money after the trial. This is how work in this company. UNFAIR, UNJUST Just for one's own pocket.
