Anne, my dental hygienist was great. She was meticulous in her work. She explained the necessary procedure that was needed patiently as it was my first visit. The ambience of the dental office is so cozy and lovely. Really helped me relax before my big dental procedure. The only spoiler for me was the receptionist 'Christina' who was unwelcoming and surly. She seem to pick and choose to whom to smile or otherwise.

Very friendly staff. They were also helpful and organized. Karina was my dental hygienist years ago, so I was glad to see a familiar face after my being away... insurance changed :-(

wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit to the dental office. Please understand that people come to the dentist only a couple of times a year and may not be familiar with all the details or procedures, just as you might have questions about unfamiliar subjects.
However, during my visit, at front desk, I felt that the responses to my questions were unnecessarily rude. While I appreciate that answering questions repeatedly can be frustrating, it is important to maintain patience and professionalism regardless of personal feelings towards the individual asking.
Clear and courteous communication is essential for a positive patient experience. I hope this feedback helps improve future interactions.

Hello Nanda. We definitely don't want our patients treated this way and it goes against everything we work towards. Unfortunately, we are unable to find you in our system. From the reception desk to the check-out desk, the staff is amazing. They are kind, patient and empathetic. I have a high gag reflex and there is never a problem.

I've always had good experiences with the medical staff and administrative support staff. I had extreme sensitivity with a temporary crown this time. Dr. Earl and his assistant were very helpful, sensitive toward my pain, and gave me all the assurances I needed to get to healing. Highly recommended!
