I recently had some roof repairs done by Roof Dog. They were professional in the work they performed and their interactions with me as a customer. They were willing to answer questions I had and work with me to get the correct color of shingles. I would recommend them to anyone getting roof repairs in the Springfield area.

Last summer I met with Rob to show him what I wanted done and to get a quote. He missed the first meeting. Shows up after the reschedule. I want a new roof on a building, 7 windows replaced and a new door among other things. We agree on a price and Rob tells me they will be there “in 1.5 -2 weeks.” I went with them because they could get weeks before another choice. I call them after 3 weeks, but Rob doesn’t return call. After 7 weeks he calls and says they will start Monday. This was about the time the other company truthfully quoted me. This is now late fall. They install everything and I notice they aren’t caulking the door or windows inside or outside. I asked this to be done. They assure me it is. Several windows are high so I can’t inspect. The door they replaced was a heavy metal door. They gave be a flimsy cheap plastic one as a replacement. Not happy and I let Rob know. He said contract didn’t specify exact replacement. Hell not even close. Paint job was horrific. After what was to be a week to 2 of work the project ends after more than 5 weeks! They left trash in my drive for over 3 weeks. I’m not happy but it seems this is the best they can do. Over the winter/spring I notice 6 of 7 windows are leaking. Dale the owner comes out a week later and says he will put me on schedule to fix. 5 weeks later he shows up and fixes lower ones but doesn’t bring a tall ladder to fix the others. Unclear why he didn’t bother recalling door. No need for ladder. Why did he come out if he didn’t have any of the tools to complete work? I asked him when they’ll be back to complete. I get a non-answer of we will put u on schedule. Each time it rains the issue worsens. Avoid this clown show! U can do better.

Avoid Roof Dog If there was a way to give 0 stars I would.. Had siding installed and i'ts coming loose and in other areas it's warping. Roof Dog doesn't stand behind their work. Refuses to make repairs.

Dale and his crew at Roof Dog, did an excellent job on our new roof! They were punctual and professional! They replaced our entire roof and installed a beautiful new tube light in less than eight hours, and it looks so amazing! Dale is an all around great guy who is easy to talk to and will fully explain the process to get you exactly what you need done. Everyone we spoke to on his crew was very professional and such fast workers. I wouldn't even know they were there afterwards if not for my Beautiful roof because they left no mess - Zero! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the Yellow Springs area, this is who you want replacing your roof!!

3MT Premier Ventures No option for zero stars. This dude took my deposit, promised me a roof and never came out. Excuse at first was weather, them materials, then, he just stopped communicating. I am an RE investor, and I could never do business like this. After 4 weeks, he left me high and dry and scrambling for another contractor. Horrible

We have been battling to get them to fix a roof they didn’t do right to begin with!!!! spend thousands of dollars for a new roof and my ELDERLY parents are still having to put buckets around their home! We have given them countless times to fix it they said it’s “moisture” !!! Since when does moisture require buckets to catch the water!!!!! PLEASE do NOT trust this company biggest mistake my parents have ever made!

Sometimes it’s the way to rule a company out! But when Dale Fent came to take measurements he was very thorough. He brought sample books and helped us pick the color. He brought a team out the very next week. The guys were very knowledgeable and efficient. We watched the work and was amazed at the speed and yet, they were cautious to check out everything really well. The guys did our entire roof in a day and a 1/2 and it looks amazing! They cleaned up the yard well afterwards. We give them an A+++ and recommend Roof Dog. The extra + was for bringing Clyde the Roof Dog’s dog to the house when we signed the papers.

Bad customer service. Contacted them for a quote. They came out and sent me pics and said the issue. Then was like do you want a quote? Um yeah that’s y I called. They said we will get it back to you. I waited several days then contacted again for my quote and was told “we are working on it right now” several days later still no response. I contacted them multiple times and they kept putting me off. Poor customer service. If you don’t want the job just say that. Wouldn’t recommend just based off service

I’ve had a contract since April 28th for a small job. I was told the next week when I called I was on the list for the next week. It rained all that week so that’s understandable but I’ve not had any response back from the owner since I signed. I’ve called the office every 2 weeks and I’m told they’ll give him the message. No return calls from him ever. No one is that busy to make a 2 minutes call. Now 2 1/2 months later still nothing done or any communication. This had possibilities to turn into 3 full roofing jobs but I’ll look elsewhere.
