I bought a villa from Rohaan Construction, I would like say it had a great value for money and a good experience through the process of buying till took possession. Yes there were few areas where I was bot ok in terms of fit and finish , but later after raising concerns with the builder, they rectified it with no additional cost. I would recommend Rohaan builders with my friends and family who would wish to be associated with them.
Rohaan Construction had constructed my house at Manickam Nagar, Madampakkam, Chennai. The quality of the Construction was good and they finished the work well within agreed time. They took care of everything from building plan, getting planning approval, bore well digging and full Construction. I am happy that I have chosen Rohaan for my house Construction.

When I book the house Rohaan villas at vengaivasal medavakkam, I was not in Chennai and working in Neyveli .I was getting intimation at various stages . Irrespective of your presence,the quality of the houses are maintained equally good for all villas.
What ever modification or corrections,it was immediately attended to.
Also the builder is very nice person to move with.
On the whole, everything quality and reliability is very good.
We have developed our property for our family through Rohaan. Their professionalism, commitment was realised by our family right from design to execution. Thanks to Rohaan construction for constructing our Hospital very beautifully. They used top quality Materials only for construction. Managing Directors Mr Subramani and Mr Gomathi Azhwar are very friendly in nature and approachable easily. Their Engineers Mr Karthi and Mr. Varatharajan were having good experience. They discussed everything. Coordination was superb. I recommend Rohaan Builders for Quality construction.
