I worked with Rocky Mountain Movers to move my Mom out of our family home in Sandy and into a new apartment. From working with sales during the estimating process to the actual move, the experience was great and one of my best experiences working with movers. Yuri, Gabriel, Jose, Chantelle, and Marques were calm, efficient, and patient with my Mom and I on both our packing and move days, and helped make the process less stressful. Highly recommend RMM!

We always use Rocky Mountain Movers. They never disappoint! The communication between the company, the workers and us is excellent. The workers are hard-working, muscular, and personable. They never complain if items are extremely heavy or about the amount of stuff to be moved. Rocky Mountain Movers are the best moving company in our book!

Rocky Mountain Movers is a fantastic moving company, and we highly recommend them. Dallas, Alejandro, and Yuri arrived on time and were very fast movers. They were also very conscientious and protective of our heavy furniture and appliances. We used them to move a few heavy items from our old house to our new house, and all of our furniture and appliances were treated with exceptional care. They were very professional and courteous, and we plan on using them again to move furniture when we replace our carpet. They definitely earned five stars!

I needed an upright piano moved out of the basement into a u-haul van. The three men showed up and quickly went about getting it strapped onto a wood gurney Then moved out of the basement into the van expertly. I was very impressed with their performance. I recommend using their services and will use them again.

I can’t say enough great things about them! One of the movers, Charlie, is one of the most hardworking people I’ve met! I’ve used RMM a few times now and always ask that he be on the job because he’s just so kind and efficient. If only every moving company could be as quick and reliable

Charlie is the man! Rocky Mountain Movers for every move in Utah. Truthfully these guys work harder so you don’t need to. They’re strong, and take good care of your belongings. Everything from organization, to carefully wrapping your furniture to the cleanup of boxes. I couldn’t be happier with how smooth and streamlined their process was. Moving is so stressful, but not this time. I’ve already let them know the next time I need to move out, I’m giving them a call. I have used RMM for local moves a number of times during the last 10 years and we have yet to be disappointed. I recently had a difficult move that was complicated by the fact the my spouse was being obstructionist and prevented the movers from accessing my belongings. Despite this issue, Dustin, Terren, and Levi were very professional and supportive and helped me move the items that were accessible and continue with the move process while I handled sorting out the domestic issues. I strongly recommend RMM and am planning on hiring them again when I am able to access the remainder of my property.

I had an old railway safe to move that was probably 1000lbs. Part of my household move. I was super grateful Rocky Mountain movers came to move me. They were kind, hard working and finished the move the day of. I guess they’ve been in moving since 1988, they guys know how it move in Salt Lake City. I highly recommend.

Our most recent move for a family member was complicated by a domestic dispute that spilled over into moving day, and the movers handled it with grace and composure. Dustin, Terren, and Levi were very professional and supportive. I called This moving company laar minute after my other company didn't show. They came loaded up my house into 2 trucks in 4 hours and unloaded in the same day. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Movers out of Salt Lake City.

Rocky Mountain movers is fastest moving company I’ve ever worked with. They moved me care, kindness and speed. Charley and Zef were amazing and took great care of my items. They were affordable, knowledgeable and skilled when it came to moving my heavy items. They had a specialized dolly to move my piano. Rocky Mountain Movers is the company to call for Salt Lake City moving.

Rocky Mountain Movers have always done a great job moving our stuff. I've used them twice now to move. They also have a tie to 700 Block Storage and you can get a discount on the hourly rate to move by using both. They've tackled pianos and other large items. We've enjoyed using them and I'm sure you will too. They're prompt and do a great job!

I HIGHLY recommend this company. The movers were on time, fast, professional and worked very hard. There was some very minor scratches on three pieces my furniture which were quickly repaired to my complete satisfaction. They eliminated most of they stress from my move. I've had horrendous experiences with other movers. One lost have of my possessions and another stole some valuables.

We hired Rocky Mountain Movers to load a moving pod for us. The two guys that showed up were nice. Hiwever they lacked the know how of how to pack a storage container. I told them up front that the pod need to be as balance as it could be. Meaning that all the weight can't go in the back. I told them my idea of how to balance it. What were the heavy items that we were moving, etc. We normal load things but our backs were having problems( I have moved 21 times, I know how to pack a truck/pod so things won't shift.) I told them that there can't be empty spaces. Things will shift and break. Any professional mover knows that's space is your enemy when moving. I also told them that I want to put the Matresses in last. There were spaces all over the place and they left 4 ft of space it they top. Moving is like playing tetris. Luckily, I packed things will enough that nothing broke. If I wasn't supervising the more space they left. I would have been better off hiring illegals at the home depot parking lot. If you are using them for a in town move you are fine. But anything more than a couple of hours away. Go with someone else.
