Es ist abends sehr laut, Party und Lifemusik. Wenn man die Zimmer auf der falschen Seite hat, muss man da durch, ob man will oder nicht. Auschecken geht bis 12 Uhr, ab 11 waren unsere Zimmerkeys deaktiviert , was ärgerlich ist, wenn man noch am Pool war … die Musik ist grundsätzlich überall zu laut ☺Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Excellent but too much loud music for my taste. Everything was great except that it's a bit loud for my taste. Of course I should have realized that that would be the case as it's the Hard Rock. But still there were quiet spots where I could just enjoy the beautiful weather. We had a perfect week at the hard rock hotel. Stayed all inclusive which i definitely recommend if you are able to. Really enjoyed the opportunity to eat at the different a la carte restaurants included. Would definitely recommend the beach club for lunch and the 3rd half for watching football. Lovely pools, it was great having the choice of different ones and the sun terrace is great for relaxing. The rooms were spotless and wouldn’t change a thing about them. Loved the music and atmosphere. The staff made the hotel, they were all so friendly and helpful, especially Joel who was amazing. Buffet was not great and only managed to get a table in the a la carte restaurant once in a Seven night stay. General facilities dated and limited.

Nearly perfect Many excellent points great set up numerous pools, restaurants - however in busy half term be early or pay for sun beds [which went up on valentines day] and forget booking into restaurants as they booked solidly. Wir waren schon 2 mal in der Hard Rock Hotel. Leider sin jetzt die Betten am Strand nur zum mieten 130 Euro am Tag mit eine Flasche Champagner, früher waren die Kissen , Betten Gratis( Schade). Sonst ein Mega schöne Hotel ☺Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Reception staff were friendly but not vey helpful. Didn’t explain you needed to add credit to charge things to your account, we were promised some free drinks but it didn’t happen. Lovely hotel and facilities ☺Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Der Aufenthalt im Hardrock Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen. Am Anfang hatten wir ein bisschen Respekt, da das Hotel nicht zentral gelegen ist. Wir waren aber positiv überrascht, da dass Hotel so viel zu bieten hat und obwohl rs am Abend immer Musik gab, welche man auch unter anderem genossen hat, hat man im Zimmer nichts davon gehört. Der Beachclub hat ein riesiges Pool und es hat sehr viele Liegestühle. Der Strand befindet sich genau neben diesem Beachclub. Das Meereswasser ist sehr sauber und ziemlich warm, da es in einer Bucht ist. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und finden immer eine Lösung. Als Wurstliebhaber muss ich aber erwähnen, dass ich die Wurst welche man beim Frühstück erhalten hat ziemlich langweilig fand, das Angebot war aber dafür sehr hross und mit guter Qualität. Ich empfehle es weiter in siesem Hotel für ein paar Tage zu leben. ☺Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
