This local company have been very helpful to me in upgrading some electrical items in my flat. They work with me to fit jobs in on days that suit me, charge fair prices, come as promised at the agreed time. Couple of times contacted me to see if they could come earlier due to previous job finishing early. I would use again.

I am in my seventies and recently moved house. Ian quickly responded to my request to check and sort out all the electrics which mainly needed updating.
Kai and Dan worked hard fitting a new consumer unit, 30+ LED spotlights, LED strip lights, faulty plug sockets, fitting new lights and other jobs.
All electrics were tested and a cooker hard directly hard wired to the consumer unit was discovered and new separate switch now installed to improve safety.
I can now relax and feel confident that the house is electrically safe and secure.
The relevant certificate arrived promptly and the final bill including fittings though fairly large represented very good competitive value for a thorough and highly professional job.
Neat and tidy as well, I would use this friendly and helpful team again and recommend them to others.

A man who sends a text confirming each visit, and who arrives on time. A fully itemised quote, which actually went down after I had accepted it, when Ian realised that with a little extra re-wiring of our existing installation, he did not need to supply and fit a circuit breaker which he had previously specified. On the day, a neat job, with even outdoor drilling dust swept up before leaving. Within a few hours, meticulously completed documentation. Contrast this with two other local firms offered the job, one who had been recommended, but couldn't even be bothered to quote, despite being chased, and another who offered sky-high prices on a vague and poorly laid out quote running to no more than half a dozen lines. I will have no hesitation in coming back to Riviera Electrical for any future work.
