Where our initial pool put in by Riverbend Sandler pools over 20 years ago they did an amazing job and we loved it when we had to get our pool plastered. We went back to our Sandler pools to get a quote and talk to the sales resource about what we wanted to do and how we wanted to get it done. We were clear that we wanted the same color that we had previously, which was a nice deep blue color or look. When the sales rep showed us the color that they recommended we had concerns that it wasn’t very blue. It looked more green and swampy. He sure does that. No no this is the color you want. The next color blue will be Smurf and that we wouldn’t like it so we referred to the expert and went with their recommendation. The pool color turned out to be exactly what we thought it would be more green than blue. We escalated and talk to the management at Riverbend Sandler pools. We didn’t have them come out to that. House expressed our concerns and when we talked to the sales rep that we went with you basically said you signed the contract and that was it after multiple contacts and conversations ever been Chandler pools they kind of just blew us off and never really got back to us. I said well let me go talk to XYZ person and they continue to just give us the runaround after a year of attempting to try to make it right. We finally gave up and decided to write this review and give them one star very disappointed for a company that we’ve worked with for over 20 years and would give them five stars in the past we feel like we gave them every opportunity to try to do the right thing and they ignored us at every opportunity, but we’re given them one star and did not recommend you use Riverbend sand pools. If you do use them make sure that you go look at a pool that they’ve installed with the color that you want to look at or you want your pool to be. Do not trust them to give you the right information that the right time in the sales office.
