This past month, Jonathan was the Riverbend Sandler technician for our pool. He did a great job explaining the much needed filter clean out and followed up with a detailed report and photos that helped us learn about what to look for in the future as our pool equipment ages.

Punctuality is another strong suit of Kenneth's. He arrived right on time and worked efficiently without cutting any corners. He also made sure to explain what he was doing at each step, which was very reassuring.

Terrible experience. They couldn’t get approval from our HOA for over 6 months. Same request about drainage and riverbend couldn’t provide sufficient documentation. They didn’t even have courtesy to call us and explain the situation or return our deposit which clearly they should’ve refunded. Went to a different pool company and our pool design has been approved by the same HOA is less than a month.

Fantastic experience with technician Mike Long getting our pool back up and running. We had a strange failure mode that Mike quickly isolated and repaired. I was in meetings all day and Mike communicated his progress via text message and we even tested the solution together without me ever leaving my office! 5 stars well-deserved - thanks to Mike and Riverbend Sandler!
