Vitello Tonato bestand aus Kalbfleisch, welches mit Mayonnaise bestrichen war. Lasagne war Fertigprodukt. Positiv: Stoffservietten und die Toiletten sind sauber. Wer "gepflegt" kantinenessen genießen möchte ist hier richtig.

Canteen food Lasagne was finished product. Vitello Tonato consisted of meat coated with mayonnaise. When asked where the tuna was, it was "celebrated" that it was pureed so small that you can no longer feel it, as well as the capers. Pros: Toilets are clean and you have cloth napkins. Conclusion: neat canteen food at restaurant prices.

Don't go there.
We had waited a long time at a table, because Wimmer is always full. But keep up😂 the worst food experience in Italy so far. The risotto is rice in tomato water. Everything's bad.

One of the best finds in Gardone! We had dinner there several times and the service was impeccable, the food was beautifully prepared, the desserts were decadent, and of course the view is spectacular. No matter how busy the restaurant was, the attention by staff was excellent. Twice during our dinners there were unexpected thunderstorms and downpours. This caused no fuss whatsoever. Patrons simply picked up their drinks and moved inside, and our meals were on a new table immediately. I cannot wait to return to Italy, and will certainly visit Wimmer’s again!

Great pizza with a breathtaking view. Initially I had mixed expectations about having pizza in a location with high tourist traffic, but pizzeria Wimmer served us great, authentic pizza. It was very delicious. It also worked during lunch hours when most of other places were closed, so it saved us from a heatstroke 🤗

Lunch overlooking the lake
delicious place, great cuisine (fish, meat and dessert), impeccable service. Highly recommended for location, cuisine and service. They also took care of my dogs and immediately brought me a bowl of fresh water.

Ambiente top sul lago di Garda e servizio gentilissimo.
Cibo nella norma anche se non ho provato il pesce che immagino fosse il piatto forte. Lasagna e ravioli alla zucca nella norma, dolce buono.

By far the best restaurant in Gardone.
Good food at reasonable prices, good value 1l wine carafes (on main menu not wine list), ample portions, well cooked and presented by happy, efficient staff in a great location opposite the ferry pier. We ate there 4 times in a week as it was superior in quality, service and prices compared to others nearby. If we return to Gardone we would eat there every night as the menu is extensive and varied, catering to all tastes and apetites.
