Excellent Customer Support Overall: Very positive and knowledgeable, excellent company to partner with. RezStream works well for our boutique hotel. Pros: Their Customer Support is above and beyond. Very responsive and always able to provide a solution to any issue or question. Cons: Sales report that displayed pie charts does not exist anymore. That was very helpful for my sales meetings. It would be great to get the pie/bar charts back.

Excellent choice Overall: My experience has been perfect! From set up to integrations, along with excellent customer service, even on a Sunday, it has been great. Pros: Just enough structure and reporting capabilities; great price for service provided; ease of use for any user. Cons: There is nothing not to like absolutely a flawless product. Love the payment processing integration .

If you buy a business that uses RezStream do not take over their existing account and if you’re just starting a hospitality business there are many other options that are much more streamlined and have better customer service. Aside from the atrocious situation they put me in, my website developers said it was the worst booking management system they’ve ever experienced.

While we did our best to accommodate those unique requests, the system unfortunately wasn’t designed to be used in that way.

Excellent platform would recommend to anyone Overall: I have been using rezStream for 6 years now and I have always had my questions answered quickly and had ease of use with this platform. I have never had a issue and the updated add on like direct payments and connections to VRBO and booking.com are great! Pros: I have been using rezStream for about 6 years now and I love the ease of use, the layout, the abilities to control certain aspects of reservations. Overall this is the best platform that I have used for our cabin rentals. Cons: I least liked figuring out separating group reservations. I wish there was a easier way to get someone completely separate.

Good Team and they make it easy for me. Overall: Very Good! Each and everytime over an extended period of time. Great Team of folks that want to be helpful. Pros: They have always been very helpful for many years. Good response and will to be helpful, on each occasion . Cons: Not anything, I enjoy dealing with them. They treat me like a friend and want make sure I am satisfied .

Great, very easy to navigate! Overall: Overall, my experience with rezStream was positive. The system was reliable, easy to learn, and helped streamline our day-to-day operations—from managing reservations to handling guest communications. Their customer support was also a strong point—always prompt and helpful. While there were a few limitations in terms of customization and integrations, it served our small property well and improved efficiency. Pros: Its Very efficient! What I liked most about rezStream was how intuitive and user-friendly the system was. It made daily tasks like reservations, check-ins, and reporting much smoother. The support team was also incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance Cons: Can't add a pet fee to Reservation as a new booking. While rezStream was generally very effective, there were a few limitations—especially in customization options for reports and guest communications. Some features felt a bit rigid, and it would have been helpful to have more flexibility or integrations with other tools we use regularly.

Switching from Cloudbeds to rezStream Overall: People/company seem to care. Only early in the relationship but seem to be reliable and honest. Cloudbeds billing and customer service poor and inept. Pros: Communication and responsiveness. People oriented vs. being a number. Capable product at reasonable cost vs. Cloudbeds. Cons: Minor issue - would be good to get itinerary of onboarding process/training ahead of time

GREAT Service ALWAYS Overall: GREAT! We are grateful for all the time [sensitive content hidden] spent with us explaining the product without being pushy. Making us feel comfortable Pros: We have been very pleased with RezStream ever since we found them at a trade show. They walked us through all the things we did not understand and have been kind when we are unsure of how it all works. They are always available to answer questions and help. They were willing to work with us to make it "ours" rather than forcing us to change the way we do business. Cons: We do not have a con. All of our experiences have been good.

Satisfied with RezStream Overall: We really enjoy the personalized customer support and fast response times from real human beings. Pros: Ease of use, intuitive design, and excellent customer support. Cons: Sometimes it lacks a functionality that seems obvious, like being able to add a promotion related to Gift Certificate purchases. They are fairly quick to implement changes when they're asked for.

Functionality is perfect Overall: I was explained it ones and took from there, it shows how easy it is to navigate when just shown ones. Pros: Clarity, functionality, feels good to use it, user friendly, colors are soothing, everything is self explanatory and thought through. Cons: When using a reservation map the color pallet is too bright on my taste. Softer color pallet would be nicer to the eye.

Good system Overall: Has worked well for our needs. We don’t need the online booking or credit card system. Pros: It works well for our resort reservation needs Cons: Hard to get it to sync for mailing address printing. But that could just be user error too

Efficient and Effective! Pros: That it is easy to use and understand at any skill level. It is also fast and efficient, not just in actual loading speeds, but in user function as well. The online reservation system has done wonders for our occupancy and our office staff efficiency. Cons: I would like there to be a little more customization/options surrounding the POS items and room add-ons. I would also like for these items to be added in the booking process inside their own menu to complete the reservation.

Easy System with GREAT customer service. Overall: Fantastic. I have used 3 others and by far it stands out. Other sites are endless transfers to other departments or no response. Pros: The platform is easy to manage and use. The customer service is outstanding! Cons: Just hard to change reservations once made. You have to find just the right screen.

Rezstream for a small Bed & Breakfast Pros: Great support staff that walked me through the initial onboarding, and have been very helpful since when I have encountered any issues or concerns. Cons: So far nothing major has come up. A minor nitpick is the number of emails from a simple inquiry due to their call ticket system, but better that they have a call tracking system.
