Long-Term Customer Applauds Rez Team
Have been a customer since (prior to 2005) and have looked at other options, but the customer team is always willing to help and look for ways to improve. We just need to make sure the products and back-end navigation keeps ahead of or with competitor products.
☺The Rezstream cloud-based system and can use anywhere, anytime, which makes things much easier when not onsite at the property.
☹Some functions such as POS buttons/options not available. We have a gift shop, dining room and it all needs to integrate into one system.

The Ease of Rezstream
I was nervous at first, it looked like a lot to learn. However, after training and just playing around with the system, I'm completely at ease while using it
☺Rezstream is a simple, yet complex POS program. It is simple because it is easy to use, easy to teach others how to use it and very forgiving if someone makes a mistake. It is complex because, it does everything! Plus, it allows you to customize the program to suit your company's needs.
☹The POS retail sales It is the only challenging thing, it took a little longer to get the kinks figured out. We've since incorporated a code system

Great software program
In our early winter season, we get more than 100 calls a day for bookings and having the system online will reduce the number of missed calls and lost customers due to their ability to book online as well.
☺Ease of use, great customer service, and I love the on going webinars.
☹I had the old platform before it switched to the cloud and the report that was most helpful to my employees is no longer available.

Cannot run my business without RezStream
beyond the platform itself, the customer service is unmatched from any other. They respond super quickly and their support is almost always right on point.
☺The system is intuitive and user friendly. My entire business from bookings to revenue management to collecting critical guest communications runs off this platform.
☹I would write down some missing functionality but i just read a newsletter that those features are coming soon so i really can't think of anything.

Excellent Booking Engine & Property Management System!!

Great Product! Great Team! Easy to understand!
We are using RezStream for our online bookings as well as a channel manager for other online booking systems. They were recommended to us by a few other resort owners and we are glad we listed.

Rezstream is unmatched
☺The system is very easy to use. The customer support is unmatched. They don't try to sell you on things that they don't offer. They are constantly trying to update and be better.
☹I don't think there is anything I don't like about Rezstream. I will be very happy once it is officially an all in one platform.

Very happy and satisfied client!
☺I am not very computer-savvy, so I dread the initial processes involved in setting up a new program. rezStream was so much easier than expected. When I had/have questions, they have always been prompt and professional with their response(s). They have been stable and consistent, and they continue to help teach and resolve when I need it. I have not had technical issues; rezStream is always there when I need to use it...VERY important! And it's easy to navigate for me in the background and for our Guests that reserve.
☹If there is anything that needs improving, it is probably a user-issue, not a rezStream-issue.

RezStream takes good care of our small business
RezStream has the heart of a small business too. We feel like they're an integral part of our business, part of our team. We're very satisfied customers.
☺Ours is a mom and pop shop. Whenever we have a question or need, we email support and get almost immediate response. (They're in Colorado, nice over the phone.)
☹Wanting to analyze past time periods, we have not found their "Reports" to work well. But our business is unique in some ways.

Cabin Rental
I have always had the best experience with rezstream, the very few problems I have had were able to be resolved quickly by the friendly customer service team!
☺I love the ease of access and booking. Everything is easily accessed with great option and made simple enough to use very easily.

Easy is Better
It is the most easiest PMS I have ever used. I have been in this industry for 40 years and have gone from DOS systems to Cloud. Being in the cloud made working from home easier especially during non operations days, during renovation and during the pandemic.
☺The ease of contacts, the ability to merge, the system picks up when they happen.
☹Little things that can transpose, such a hold on a room, to convert to an actual booking without releasing the hold and starting all over with a booking. You take the chance of it getting booked under your nose if you are not careful.

Best Fit for our Motel
We have been writing reservations down in a binder. This is a labor intensive process which involves speaking with potential guests on the phone and interacting online through emails. Many times these interactions don't result in a booking because they are just checking availability. Having rezStream manage online reservations frees up time for us to work on other areas of our business.
☺We interviewed several different online reservation companies before going with rezStream. We felt they were the best fit for us because we liked the software the best. Also very important to us is that they are very professional, organized, helpful during each stage of the process and eager to make sure we are happy with their services.
☹I really like the software! I can't think of anything I would change.

Great Software!
Very easy to use and integrates well with most other platforms.
☺The software is easy to use and integrates with most of the platforms we are listed on.
☹Some of the platforms we are listed on does not integrate with rezstream calendars and requires you to manually enter those reservations. This could cause a double booking of the same condo.

Quality Product for Reservation System

Best PMS System for small to medium hotels
Excellent experience, I have reviewed many PMS over the past 20 years and Rezstream is by far the best for our needs

Overview of early Experience with RezStream
I'm basically new to RezStream Less than six weeks), but I've used other reservations systems with larger hotels before
☺It's basically fairly user friendly with easy online access and with the ability to access virtually
☹The inability to charge credit cards automatically at the time reservations are made, and avoid having that being done manually by our staff.
