Gorgeous! Beautiful day and trip with driver Johannes and guide Stefan. I've been on this tour twice and consider it breathtaking and so thorough. Great value spent with the lovely Icelanders in their beautiful home.

Great experience! Darren and driver Paulo made an awesome trip even better. Darren as a tour guide was extreemly knowlegable and entertaining - he probably talked for 4-5 hours and it was never boring. Paulo was one of the best bus drivers I have seen. He threaded that bus though narrow bridges and busy parking lots like a pro!

Warning: This company does not offer any after purchase support. They left me for 2 times waiting for transfer without any orien Worst tourism company in this app! After they charge the ride, they simply ignore any messages sent. I had made 2 reservations, contacted to get questions about the two but only had an answer on the one that had not yet been charged. I did the golden circle with blue lagoon and I was nervous on both experiments. Starting with the audio guide which is horrible! Super low volume I barely heard. The guide, even knowing my difficulty with the language, did not answer me clearly when I asked about schedules - making me wait for 1 hour for the terminal transport to the Blue Lagoon. For this same situation, tbm sent a message via app to the company that has not positioned itself so far. The return of Blue Lagon was even worse. Upon arrival at the venue, I asked the driver about the return time and he could not explain. He said I should check the ticket and that if I still had any doubts, I should look for Blue Laggon staff. I insisted that the doubt was not about the ticket but about the transport, and the driver said there were buses every hour. I looked at the clock and it was 6:00, so I scheduled to take the bus at 8:00. But to my surprise, there would only be a 21:15 exit. That is, I was again more than an hour without information from the company. Whoever told me about this time was the driver of another company, who was inside another vehicle. There were two cars of the reykjavik sightseeing, both closed and no staff around to give information. I just cancelled the other tour that I would do on Friday and whenever someone asks me about tours in Iceland I will have the question of talking about my bad experience

Please avoid Reykjavik Sightseeing!!! They didn't pick us up and refused to give us a refund. We're not the first customers this has happened to. Our pickup time on the ticket was 10am but they apparently start picking people up at 9:30. We arrived at our pickup point around 9:35 - my daughters glasses broke as we were leaving our apartment and she ran back for her spare pair. They don't come back after picking up other guests or call to see where you are. They just left us at the bus stop til I called them at 10:20 to see where they were. Dealing with them this week has not been pleasant so I'd avoid at all costs, we found other tour operators so much better and they do pop back if people aren't there.

Tak Arthnaud for a great intro to your city Wasn’t sure what to expect until Arthnaud aka Nori gave us a fun and informative two hour tour of his town. He is an underemployed actor who deserves good roles as he was charming, witty and patient. His personal recommendations have proven to be spot on. It seemed he knew and often was related to everyone we saw. Great shtick in any case. Yes, we saw lots of midtown and even the shiny new parts were made interesting by him.

Absolutely Worth It! Kristina did an amazing job guiding us on this tour!! We saw the most beautiful waterfalls and incredible black sand beach!! Much more to see as the adventure goes on but those were my main highlights! Just like every other tour pick up and drop off were smooth and easy! Loved every second of it!!

Uncomfortable and disappointing coach. Great trip, great guide BUT spoiled. My wife and I did two tours. The tour guides were both friendly and informative. However the buses were not up to the standard that you advertise! Neither bus could be described as luxury. Both had the same problems. The legroom was not adequate. I’m only 5’10” nut there was not enough room. I spent hours on both trips with my knees jammed into the back of the seat in front, or had to sit sideways. which is painful and uncomfortable. The other problem was that only half the seats had USBs, and most of them didn’t work, so our phones ran out of battery charge with the result that on the Golden Circle tour we missed some photo opportunities.

Excellent tour Daniel the tour guide was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Amazing day and wonderful scenery ! Would recommend to any travellers.
