Muy mala experiencia. Yo tenia el tour de Circulo dorado con auroras, un desastre porque el de Auroras me lo cambiaron de compañia. Fuimos en autocares con muchísima gente a un aparcamiento al lado de una carretera y de la ciudad con muchisima luz. Una noche que se deberían de haber visto bien las autoras fue arruinado y además era mi último día, no podía repetir con otra.
-2°C but feels like -7°C due to windchill… definitely felt like it after nearly 2 hours of standing at Bus Stop #3 (from 09:10) for our 09:30 pickup for the Golden Circle tour.
Spent over 30 minutes in the queue to speak to the “next available operator” to see where our tour bus was, never got through.
This was the first tour as part of our honeymoon, and you did us over real good. Thanks for that.
Taking a note out of your book and won’t be showing up for the Northern Lights part of the booking, if you guys were even planning on it, and booked an alternative with Icelandia.
Booked a golden circle and northern lights tour via icelandair and the transfer bus never showed up. We booked a 10am tour with a 9:30 am transfer pick up from a nearby bus stop. To be safe we double checked pick up times with icelandair and arrived at the bus stop for 9:10 and after nothing turning up we rang at 10am. We were on hold for 35 minutes before we gave up contacting them as we’d been stood in -4 degrees for 1h25 and they never picked up. We have no faith in the northern lights pick up later today due to this morning’s experience and no customer service so have booked via another company and will be requesting a refund. A huge shame as we don’t have time to do this tour again which was supposed to be the highlight of our honeymoon.

If I could give zero stars that is what I would give because this company is absolutely awful! I booked a Northern Lights tour for the last evening of my holiday for this company to not even show or call me with information as to why they were not doing the event this evening.I truly disappointed and after speaking with other people who booked with this company I would honestly stay well clear!
Rescheduled our 8am Golden Circle tour to another date, which we can't make, at 7pm the night before due to 'operational changes.' We booked through Get Your Guide so they probably overbooked and kicked us out of the tour. Fortunately we found the last 2 spots in another company's tour. I'd recommend avoiding this company from the start and any other last minute trouble they might bring lol
Agence de visites touristiques au top qui se débrouille pour que, quoi qu'il arrive, vous passiez un bon moment.
Les guides donnent beaucoup d'informations de manière assez claire. On apprend beaucoup de choses pendant les excusions.
Deux choses négatives :
1 - dommage que pendant le Golden Circle, on ne fasse pas une petite halte au milieu des champs de pierres de lave,
2 - certains guides pourraient s'abstenir de donner leur avis politiques*.
* mais ils sont plein d'humour, alors on leur pardonne.
Don't book with them! We booked an excursion with transfers. They unilaterally changed the pick up spot without notifying us, our tickets had a different place to be picked up at. We were at the pickup spot half an hour before the pickup time and waited for two hours for someone to pick us up. We emailed them multiple times on many different accounts and emails we could find and no one replied. We had no access to phone numbers in iceland to call anyone and the office is closed on sundays. They scammed us. They got back to us on Monday and they said the excursion went as planned (without us obviously) and that it was our own fault.
They have not provided the excursion and are denying our claim to be refunded.
plain and simple WE WERE SCAMMED out of hundreds of dollars!!
They take advantage of tourists. This company is a shame!

Travel agency in an extremely vicious scam
After arriving at the Blue Lagoon, the receptionist told me that your travel agency had not purchased the ticket and asked the Blue Lagoon staff to contact Reykjavik Sightseeing but they did not respond, telling me that I had no choice but to purchase another ticket or get a full refund from the travel agency. I called the company the next day, but they told me to send them something to say via email, and the day after I sent the request for a refund, I was done with my feed bag without apology. I ended up not getting a refund. Just let the money be deposited and the rest look like a thief travel agency. I'm disappointed in Icelanders.

Liar travel agencies that violate the law
Despite the purchase by Hotel Pickup, the pickup location was changed to a 30-minute walk from the hotel the day before the tour. When I requested that the pick-up location be a hotel as contracted, they said there would be an additional charge.

In the instructions on the ticket, it indicated that we should head to a green bus, which would take us to the bus station, from where the tour would start. At the exit of the cruise, a bus of this color was parked and we showed the ticket to the driver, who sent us in. However, this bus left us at Icelandic Operae indicated that the truck station was still a few kilometers away. We ran there without passing a taxi, where we arrived at 7:55. We showed the ticket at the care kiosk, where we were informed that it was not that bus station, but another on the other side of the city. They also contacted this station, which informed that the tour bus had already left. In this process, it was not possible to cancel or warn in time of what was going on. The operator did not have a single contact. And they only limited themselves to not being able to find a solution. Given this, we would like to know if it is possible to get back the paid money or if it is possible to exchange or postpone this experience (for another opportunity to schedule later). Thank you.
