Booked a tour through “get your guide” for the golden circle and sky lagoon. I apologise for not remembering the guides name but I feel I learned so much about Iceland and the places we were visiting. We were picked up on time at a designated place and taken to the main hub and then put on to separate buses. If we were staying longer we would have booked more through them.

Amazing day. Golden Circle tour with our guide Rosa. She was amazing, so so so much interesting information, she talked all day and it was fascinating. The tour was our highlight on a 4 day trip. Bus arrived on time and was organised really well. In Iceland all the tours do clearly say pick up at a time but be there half hour before and you have to be as most tours, buses and taxi arrive early or at the earliest time given. Highly recommend!

Vorrei semplicemente avvisare i futuri viaggiatori di non appoggiarsi a questo tour, in quanto dalla nostra personale esperienza e successive comunicazioni con la stessa, la loro professionalità e correttezza è uguale a zero. Abbiamo semplicemente prenotato e pagato anticipatamente, un Tour per l'aurora boreale con richiesta di avere, come l'oro pubblicizzano, delle cuffiette con la traduzione in Italiano, per iniziare abbiamo avuto un'attesa del mezzo che avrebbe dovuto portarci al tour di oltre mezz'ora, ma può succedere, non ci è stata fornita nessuna traduzione che ci avrebbe dovuto accompagnare durante il tour, e ciliegina sulla torta alla prima fermata dopo solo 15 / 20 minuti di strada, alle porte di Reykjavik su una stradina accanto alla statale, l'autobus partendo per continuare il tour, sbagliando la manovra è uscito di strada bloccandosi, ci hanno lasciato per quasi un'ora al freddo aspettando l'autobus sostitutivo, autobus che invece di continuare il tour, che doveva durare 3 ore, ci ha riportati al parcheggio finendo così questo fantomatico tour. Alla richiesta di un giustificato rimborso, ci hanno risposto negativamente giustificando che l'aurora c'era e che l'accompagnatore la vista, quindi il tour era riuscito. Quindi a mio giudizio professionalità inesistente, e leggendo altre recensioni sul altri blog ho constatato che questa azienda è portata spesso a comportamenti poco professionali e attenti verso i turisti. EVITATELA -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I would simply like to warn future travellers not to rely on this tour, as from our personal experience and subsequent communications with them, their professionalism and correctness is zero. We simply booked and paid in advance, a Northern Lights Tour with a request to have, as they advertise, headphones with Italian translation, to begin with we had a wait for the vehicle that was supposed to take us to the tour of over half an hour, but it can happen, we were not provided with any translation that should have accompanied us during the tour, and the icing on the cake at the first stop after only 15 / 20 minutes of road, at the gates of Reykjavik on a small road next to the main road, the bus leaving to continue the tour, making a wrong manoeuvre, went off the road and got stuck, they left us for almost an hour in the cold waiting for the replacement bus, a bus that instead of continuing the tour, which was supposed to last 3 hours, took us back to the parking lot thus ending this phantom tour. When we asked for a justified refund, they responded negatively justifying that the aurora was there and that the guide saw it, therefore the tour was successful. So in my opinion non-existent professionalism, and reading other reviews on other blogs I have found that this company is often led to unprofessional and uncaring behavior towards tourists. AVOID IT
