Buyer beware
I was a little uneasy about using this company for my custom airstream because they were out side the US. I was assured time and again that they were familiar with all specs of individual states in the US. I believed them. I should have listened to my initial instincts. I would not recommend this company for the following reasons:
The water tanks were too small for the state of AZ and was only discovered by accident when asking for specs to submit to my local health department. They did ultimately correct the issue after arguing with me over the phone. I received the unit 3 months later than promised due the the water tank issue. The air conditioner has never worked and I was told one month ago they would contact a local hvac but I have heard from no one. The three sink compartment was the wrong depth and had to be replaced at an additional cost to me of $2100.00. The communication and customer service from Kevin Ward is terrible. He lacks integrity, honesty and transparency. Just know if there are any issues, you will be ignored and left to deal with them on your own.

I recently purchased a catering pod from reward catering, and wow. From start to finish I could not fault the lads over at reward catering especially Kevin who was at my disposal through the whole purchasing process. Kept me up to date on shipping times throughout. Added points for Kevin as he went that extra mile and helped me source a coffee machine. If you are in the market for a trailer… reward are the the guys!
