Not sure what is going on, but I am still waiting for my roof repair after paying for the job in September. I was told the job was scheduled for 3rd week in October. That came and went. Then I was told in mid November. That has come and gone. Still waiting. Not very reliable. They took the money and ran. EDIT Nov 29: I changed the rating to two stars because the work done was acceptable, pending first rain storm. As for blaming the sales person, that just doesn't wash. I was contacted on November 28th after I gave you a one star rating. The materials showed up in the next two days and the workers showed up on November 28th. While I was aware of the material delivery, I was surprised on Friday when the workers showed up at 7:30 AM and asked me to move my vehicles. No one called me to see if Friday was available for me. No communication or coordination regarding if that day was open for the client. You can blame the sales person all you want. However when you cash the check, you accepted all responsibility for services that were agreed to. It is your responsibility to communicate with the client, not the other way around. This morning I found some roofing nails in my driveway and roofing materials around the house. My flag pole holder on the front porch was also broken by falling roof debris. I have a back-up pole bracket. While the work was good, pending the first rain storm, I hold you and your management staff accountable for the lack of coordination and communication. I suggest you read your REDIT reviews from previous sales associates on how you manage people and your employment practices before you blame you management problems on others. As a company CEO, and yes I am a CEO, you company lacks good customer service and attention to detail. Communication with your client is critical for success. Your company failed in this endeavor.

Richard — thank you for bringing this to our attention. I want to address the situation respectfully and accurately. After reviewing your file, we discovered that the salesman you originally worked with has not been with our company for several months. Because your project was never submitted or entered into the proper production queue, our office had no record of any work order being completed or scheduled.
We also checked our logs and did not find any calls or emails from you prior to this review. This was our first communication from you. As soon as your review was posted, our new representative Bill contacted you, cleared up the confusion, and confirmed the next steps.
To clarify for accuracy:
• Neither myself nor our office provided any build dates.
• Any dates you received came from the former salesman you knew personally, and none of that information was ever communicated to our office.
• Your payment was not ignored — the work order was simply never submitted into the production queue. Once it was located, we addressed it immediately.
• The individual you spoke with about dates is no longer with our company and was not communicating with our office, which is why none of those details reached our system.
We are not placing blame — only ensuring the facts are clear since the review was posted publicly and full transparency is important. In 18 years across multiple companies, we have never failed to deliver on a project.
Most importantly, your project is now fully set, your delivery is being scheduled to ship this week, and your repair is in process.
We appreciate your patience as we resolve this promptly and professionally.
