Would not recommend this hotel and will not be booking again as you do not get acknowledged especially the reception sta ☺ The property was okey but the staff are very rude and ignorant they do not welcome you at all no smile ☹ It was the staff especially at the reception they was very rude did not welcome us .. ignored us when we arrived when we asked for anything over phone they ignored us .. we had a baby with us they refused to warm the milk .. they acted as they did not understand English which they clearly did ..

À éviter ☺Établissent sale, communication difficile avec le personnel. Le spa était l’endroit le plus sale ! Les cabines étaient délabrés avec du rouge à lèvre sur les murs ! ☹Manque de confort, extrêmement chaud dans les chambres et très bruyants. Le petit déjeuné étaient variés mais les aliments n’étaient pas qualitatifs, café soluble, produits transformés.

Peccato per ciò che abbiamo speso credevamo in un servizio migliore. ☺La struttura in sé era accogliente ☹Le camera non venivano pulite,l’unica cosa che facevano rifare il letto e mettere due asciugamani anche sé ripetutamente dicevamo e sapevano che eravamo in tre in camera. In più le tazze per il caffè mai una volta sono state cambiate.

Hotel with wonderful rooms but nothing more. ☺ Very spacious and beautiful room with complete and nice furniture. Good desk for working. Bathroom very big and comfortable too. The international breakfast (too expensive) was very good and complete, apart from coffee and cappuccino really really poor. ☹ My bed had the worst pillows I ever used! Thick and inflated like car tires. I asked for something more slim and they gave me, rather than a pillow, an old rag to wash on the floor. The air conditioner was too difficult (or maybe impossible) to set, so during the night the room temperature was too high and it was impossible to sleep under the heavy cover of the bed. I never slept so badly in a hotel in all my life. And it is a 5-star hotel guys. During my stay, I had to work a lot on my laptop but in the lobby or on the floors used for guest services, there were no spaces and tables to use. I had to spend all the time at the desk in my room. Finally, in the lobby, there wasn't even a small bar where you could have a quick breakfast (like cappuccino and brioche), have a coffee, or drink something to spend 10 minutes with someone else.

Többségében megfelelt, rendben volt. ☹A kijelentkezéskor bűntetést kellett fizetnünk, mert a férjem a fogorvosi beavatkozása után összevérezte a párnáját. A mosás benne kellett hogy legyen az árban, ha makacsabb szennyeződésről is van szó, akkor is!

To be avoided Noisy rooms - hearing people in the corridor or the next room, and hearing the water pipe noise; room snacks do not include alcoholic beverages due to observing Islamic laws; unfriendly front desk staff; poorly ventilated rooms - the smell of people smoking cigarettes in other rooms which made me keep the room's window open, not just to get rid of the smell but also to reduce my chances of getting COVID!
