A delight !
The weather being nice, we were able to have lunch on the terrace of this excellent restaurant on the banks of the Agout, in a quiet area, where everything is cooked by the Chef with seasonal products. The Segala veal was extremely tender and well prepared, the dessert delicious and aesthetically pleasing. Beautiful and good! Very pleasant and available staff.

Good discovery, gourmet cuisine, tastefully decorated plates. The pleasure of the eyes before the pleasure of taste. The servers were pleasant and attentive. The terrace overlooking the lake allows you to have a good time.

Having dinner with a colleague
I had dinner two consecutive nights. The fois grass is exceptional and excellently presented, as is the ribeye which is only served rare after having tasted it raw (excellent). Short and essential menu. Good choice of wines also served by the glass from a bottle uncorked at the moment. Not exactly cheap, especially fois + rib (but it was worth it) more reasonable if you try other dishes which are always excellent

very pleasant reception, a menu not too overflowing with choice but very copious plates, the ségala veal +++, a marvel a lot of serious, professional work. very bright setting, we offer a Valentine's Day menu for 49 euros: we couldn't offer better. we will come back thanks to the whole team

Very complete menu of the day
On a tourist visit to Castres we chose this restaurant through TripAdvisor and it was a very good choice. Quite complete menu, well prepared and fast service. It is advisable to get close because it was winter and it looked closed from the outside, thanks to the sign indicating otherwise. They have the place full of very fun cinephile references. Good choice!

Terrace overlooking the Agout, rooms decorated as a reminder of the historic center. Sophisticated cuisine that successfully mixes styles. Balance and perfect marriage between the different flavors. Care taken in presentation, quality ingredients and raw materials, which highlight the region. Ségala veal, Lautrec pink garlic, etc...

Très belle découverte sur Castres. Restaurant en bord d’Agout avec une terrasse agréable. Tout le personnel est très accueillant et avenant sans être envahissant. La cuisine est raffinée et excellente. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir 😋
