Belle salle claire dans un quartier agréable. Menu déjeuner un peu cher. Champignons excellents, vins au verre corrects mais au prix d'un deux étoiles. Plats bien cuisinés sans plus. Personnel efficace et souriant, mention spéciale au jeune sommelier. Le Chef passe en salle mais ne dialogue qu'avec les habitués.

Several dishes truly stood out — the chestnut and sage cigar, pumpkin tart, and radish lollipop were beautifully presented with creative, playful flavors. The Japanese smoked straw rustic bread was unique and provided a lovely contrast to the more refined courses.
The duck served two ways was flavorful, velvety, and perfectly prepared. A few of the other dishes were pleasant but didn’t quite have the same level of presentation detail or layered complexity I’ve experienced at some other Michelin-starred restaurants.
The desserts, however, were the stars of the evening — both in presentation and in their variety of textures and flavors. Highlights included the frozen grapes, ice wafer with elderflower and Pimm’s granita, and the decadent chocolate from Venezuela paired with jasmine ice cream, Vietnam black pepper sabayon, and chocolate granita. Absolutely Michelin level.
My husband enjoyed the wine pairing, while I appreciated that my sparkling water was attentively refilled throughout the meal.
In addition to the refined dining experience, I have to mention the main-level restroom — it features a warm-water Toto bidet toilet with air dryer. The water ran a bit longer than expected, but it eventually turned off (I’m used to my model at home where I can control it).
A memorable evening overall, with moments of true brilliance and an atmosphere that exudes understated elegance.

Another wonderful time.
Once again we had an extraordinary meal at Alliance. The food was delicious,inventive and beautifully presented. After two weeks in the Loire Valley experiencing wonderful meals in several lovely restaurants,we all agreed that Alliance surpassed them all. The service was friendly and perfectly professional. Shawn is a most gracious host along with his new protege Owen who paired the wines.Just fantastic!

This was my third visit to cozy yet elegant Alliance on Rue de Poissy, and each time, the food is STUN-NING. Go super hungry because it's a prix fix menu with small plates and specials, and you want to enjoy every single dish they bring you. They have a fantastic wine list packed with variety. If you don't know wine, they will pair with each dish for you by making suggestions. If you want to treat yourself, impress a date, or a business colleague with impeccable service and food, this is your place. Prepare to stay a while with someone you enjoy talking to. The restaurant is on a quiet street, offering a street view from the front and a view of the kitchen. The staff is passionate about serving you, as is the incredibly creative chef. If you are going to have one memorable, intimate fine dining experience in Paris, this is the place. Your taste buds will thank you!
