As a fractional COO I get to select and work with vendors and service providers that provide services from legal to finance to data privacy to IT. Many of them good, but Resolved IT deserves a recommendation. Resolved IT is providing one of my clients with IT support and moving the business to platforms that create ease of collaboration, data security and cost efficiencies. Their support of daily IT questions and requests is alike the inhouse IT support at places I have worked (Goldman Sachs and HSBC). We have dedicated support individuals, timely resolution and we have experienced a feeling of being very well looked after. I would HIGHLY recommend Resolved the cost is well worth the value.

We are a company of 25 people who makes every effort to go paperless thus using systems to collect and share large amounts of information on a daily basis. This of course means we rely heavily on several software platforms. When we had system issues we found our previous IT provider was always late to respond and we found the staff knowledge to be less than we would have liked, and each time we had an issue a different tech was assigned and we found they had to research the same issue we had before.
