Beautiful Stay ☺ Amazing hotel in a great location. Views from our own balcony and the roof terrace were unmatchable. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Very cheap for.such a great location The pictures on booking.com didn't do the property justice at all. It's even better than shown ☹ Bed was slightly too firm

Absolutely Divine ☺ Firstly the location couldn’t be more perfect. Situated in an old square with restaurants and shops and amenities and a supermarket. And literally steps away from the main archway to be able to explore MATERA on foot. The other bonus is that it is one of the last points that taxis can drive to so we were literally dropped off at the front of the accommodation without having to worry about dragging bags, in the heat of the day. Our room was simply divine. It took my breath away on entry. The beautiful styling and vaulted ceiling. But nothing compares to the view that we had from our balcony. Truly spectacular. A 180°. Panoramic view out of a fairytale. There is a communal front terrace, standing room only with a view to the square at the front which is also nice. Accommodation was spotlessly clean, checking was easy with good communication from hosts, all in all a fantastic experience and I highly recommend. ☹ Nil

Matera de noche...hay que vivir la experiencia. ☺Mimmo fue muy amable para ayudarnos en lo que necitamos , como que hacer y también sugerencias para conocer la ciudad . Nos ayudó con la reserva en un restaurante muy bueno. La ciudad preciosa y valió mucho la pena quedarnos en la ciudad porque de noche tiene una viva especial. También nos ayudaron guardando nuestro equipaje mientras paseamos por la ciudad. Lo recomiendo 100 % ☹Lo único que no fue tan bueno es que no tenía claro que debía avisar mi hora de llegada, nos atrasamos ya que cuando estas de vacaciones no anda con horarios claros. Me sentí un poco incomoda por eso aunque Mimmo fue muy comprensiva. Tal vez mejorar un poco esa comunicación, ya que yo pensé que había siempre alguien para darnos las llaves , pero el resto del servicio increíble.

☺Posizione fantastica e meravigliosa assistenza da parte dell'host che ci ha consigliato per l scelta dei ristoranti e della guida.

☺O locatie deosebita, poziționată cu vedere la o mica piateta, și cu vedere 360, curățenia, facilitățile totul a fost perfect

Zentrale Lage in geschmackvollen, ruhigen und bequemem Zimmer ☺Sehr zentrale Lage mit Blick auf die Sassi. Der Vermieter Mimmo war sehr freundlich, wartete geduldig trotz unsere Verspätung und hatte einen zentralen Parkplatz für uns vorgebliche. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr bequemes Bett, ruhig. Ideal um das geschäftige Treiben und die Stadt am Abend zu genießen. Das kleine Frühstück gibt es in der Bar nebenan. Auf jeden Fall buchen wir wieder!

Matera y la Residencia del Osuni un auténtico sueño ☺Mimmo la persona que nos atendió durante nuestra estancia, fue excelente

Vista priveligiada sobre os "SASSI" de Matera ☺Localização central ☹Dificuldades de acesso de carro (centro histórico em ZTL - zona de tráfico limitado) e má comunicação do proprietário: só à última da hora (1/2 hora antes da hora de chegada anunciada - enquanto conduzia, sem poder ler - quando já me dirigia à morada do alojamento (na ZTL) enviou a morada do parque com que tem acordo ... - mais barato (20 €) mas demasiado longe (1,1 km) do que o parque existente "à porta" da ZTL (50 m do Apt) - Atenção se tem bagagem pesada - acesso da rua ao apt é por grande lance de escadas, sem elevador ... Peq. Almoço (básico é num café a 100 m do alojamento)
