Misleading and unresponsive company They misrepresented the home we purchased, switching it from a 2025 model to a 2024 at closing, assuming we wouldn’t notice. Upon delivery, the interior was destroyed, with severe structural damage like ceiling cracks across an entire room. Contractors even confirmed it’s the worst they’ve seen. After over a year of trying to resolve this through calls and emails, they’ve stopped responding, pretending to go out of business while merely relocating. They refuse to provide arbitration details and have lied throughout the process. This feels like clear fraud.

1/13/26 I have called and emailed almost daily. Still no communication. 1/4/26 Unbelievable! They responded to my review (robot, obviously.) The email they gave IS NO GOOD!!!! 12/30/25 We purchased our home from the Weatherford location. Our salesman was very easy to communicate. They handled all the financing and the closing was very smooth. The home delivery was smooth as was the leveling. There was some lack of communication with the contractors; we did not know when they were coming, they just showed up. But that’s OK because they did their job well. My husband has connected all of the utilities himself, as well as the air-conditioning. Now that we are ready for the final walk-through and underpinning, I find out that the Weatherford location was sold, and the people we were working with are now gone. We were instructed to contact the Tyler office to finish our home project. They’ve been very hard to work with. Almost 0 communication. I have to reach out three times in order to receive even one response. Every time I call, Samantha is not available or I get voicemail. I’ve been working for six weeks now to get our underpinning and the final walk-through. At this point, we just want a refund for the underpinning and we will do it ourselves. I reached out regarding the underpinning on 11/24. I was told that the company was 2 to 3 weeks behind. Today is 12/30. This is still not been resolved. I will update when/if it is resolved.

Worst experience of my life. They are very quick to respond and answer questions up until the day you hand over your downpayment. After that good luck getting in touch with anyone. We eventually just contacted the manufacturer and had them finish the trim out since no one at republic could take the time to respond to us and let us know when a contractor was available. They never came to do a walk through. They never reached back out to us after we stopped initiating the conversation. Never recommending them to anyone.

Deleted my previous 5 star review as we were originally going to purchase a home from Republic and decided to go another route. My 5 star review was for the salesman. Not the company. We paid them $1,000 and requested a refund on October 1st. Here it is November 25th and no refund. The salesman that I was working with left the company and told me that he had informed them that I had not gotten my refund and to call for Samantha or Tyler regarding this. I called yesterday to ask about it and the employee Erin told me that Tyler was out of office and Samantha was on the other line. I explained the situation to her and was met with a total lack of urgency about the matter when I asked when I should expect a call I was told “I don’t know. I have to find the right person to talk to about this but someone will call you” I waited and heard nothing. I called back today and asked to speak with Samantha or Tyler again and was given the same excuse as yesterday. Tyler was out of the office and Samantha was on the other line. I told her it seems like Samantha is on the other line every time I’ve called so far. Then she remembered who I was. She told me the refund had been sent yesterday (November 24th) and that she was just a salesperson and the middle man and told “sorry” so almost 2 months after I requested the refund am I now receiving it. So not only would they have kept my money if I hadn’t noticed that I never received the refund and called my bank. They couldn’t even muster up a genuine apology. Just a “sorry”. No accountability for the lack of professionalism. Apparently accounting needs to look into their finances because I would be raising questions if I had $1,000 in my budget that didn’t belong there due to lack of contract and voided deals. It makes me wonder how many times they’ve gotten away with keeping someone’s deposit that didn’t ask questions. This is ridiculous.

I saw the advertisement for Sarah and instantly knew this was the home for me. After taking a tour with one of the sales agents, I can honestly say that Republic Homes has a great team! My husband and my mother went to put in application in 2 months ago. The sales person there and manager told us we needed to put $1,000 down and if we didn't get approved they would refund us ..send back to us. We were not approved and my mother put that money down. She still had not revised her deposit. She has called 2 x thry keep saying its in its way. This is unacceptable. I will be going there this week. My mom needs her money back !

Purchased this home in mid July.Love the home which I found out was built by Oak Creek homes.The workers who did the walk thru and repairs are good, hard workers. Sales and management have yet to send my steps from off my kitchen door as I was promised at time of sale.Still waiting guys!!!

So we started the process of buying a house March 2024. We closed in June 2024. We were told our house would be delivered July well excuses after excuses it finally came late August 2024. Still didnt get set up for another 2 months. They were suppose to get electric well they waited till September 11 to pay for it. I called Taylor and they told me. Said it would be another 6 weeks for them to set the poles. So we go to look at the house and get our keys October 27ish 2024. Pointed out all kinds of things wrong. Was told it would get fixed under our warranty. Well the home manufacturer came out did somerepairs we are still inconact with them. Our foundation was off from day one was told it was suppose to be thst way and passed final inspection by local office and they arent required to fix this. So lived in house months and had foundation issues. This place comes up with every excuses not to fix anything. They are "always to busy" to every get back to you. Stay clear of this company at all cost. They just want your money and dont care about you as a customer.

I do not recommend doing business with Republic or Timbercreek homes. Bottom line, we paid for our house in full on May 24 and paid for their turn key service. House was set end of June. The list I gave for repairs needed when the house was set was 9 pages long. When our primary goal was to be in and able to host Thanksgiving they said that wouldnt be any problem at all do far out. Still cant move in. Just cancelled Thanksgiving because its still not done. They basically want us to move in with stuff still needing to be done. I know good and well it will never happen then. I have not had one call that I didnt instigate. We have been frustrated and voiced that but overall extremely understanding. We have finally hit the end of our fuse. I was told today that the construction crew is going to go start on another house tomorrow and the lead/owner is coming out and will complete it tomorrow. We will see what happens. Tired of paying double bills on 2 houses. Also, the sales person and manager we dealt with are now gone. The people we were told would be there to make things happen are gone. We were told last week when we called that the regional and area managers were there and she would discuss with them and get back to us.......nothing. **update 10/27 - The response here tells it all.. they want me to call them. They know the issues, we were supposed to get a call-back last week about this, but they respond here with a cookie cutter bs response that makes it appear they will do something. So call us and follow up like we have been promised so many times. PS if its ever made right. If they ever take initiative to fix the issues without me having to force it I will gladly update this post again.
