I had a great experience with a full bath renovation. They completely handled everything professionally exceeding my expectations and including a great price

Yes it sure did and the tile guy was spectacular. We are so glad you like your bathroom remodel
This is the worst company to have remodel your home. It has been a complete nightmare having them remodel my kitchen. They started in August 2025 and didn’t finish until March 2026. My family went without a kitchen sink for months. They just never show up to do the work and when they do show up, it is usually only one person taking their sweet time. Many mistakes were made from the initial plan drawn up for remodeling my kitchen. We had to go with smaller corner cupboard because their measuring was wrong and wouldn’t fit the one we picked out. They had to cover up the gaps in between the cupboards because the measuring was wrong. The exhaust fan above the stove was wrong and had to put in a cheap style. The ceiling support beam was a Styrofoam cheap piece that looks like wood. There is very little communication. They just show up whenever they feel like it. And now that they are finished, they are threatening to put a lien on my house for not paying the final bill when is their responsibility to submit the final bill to the financing company that they got me approved thru. I am very unhappy with this company and the owner Tim and the other employees that were on our project that ended up quitting.

Jeanette thank you for the kind words Mitch does his best to make sure you are always taken care of.
We met these folks at the Logan Utah Home Show. They were very personable and good to work with. My wife and I were looking at doing a walk in tub. However expenses and finances didn't work out for us at this time. They tried their best with fair pricing. We just weren't able to do the project at this time. We will keep this business in mind when that or other projects we have can be done. A big thanks

Jeff we are glad you had a great experience.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
People who came to work on my house, walked in unprompted like they owned the place for months with no mention of what time or days they would be there. people who came to work on my basement never communicated what was going on, what the timeline was going to be, or making sure the work was done correctly.
Which it was NOT, it honestly felt like they only had new people working on the project, after the first month it felt like we were shelved as the back-burner project. They made multiple mistakes more than we could count, putting in wrong walls, flooring, paint and in trying to “finish” it. They had to redo 1/4 bottom of our shower because it leaked through the bottom to the outside of the other wall. We were quoted to take 6-8 weeks to finish everything and it took 26. For a basement, already gutted out, wired and plumbed before they even got there, it was literally just walls and floors. They changed PM without even mentioning it to us. They hardly showed up for what seemed like weeks, until pressure was put on them several times. They left all their trash outside my house after being “done.” All decisions they seemed to make on their own, not was planned or requested by us. The stairwell was also included in the original bid but they never finished it, and all the paint in every room was rushed and sloppy, they glued a window screen to our egress window so it opens with the window and is now functionally pointless. Every fixture that was installed was the cheapest ones they could find. They cut every corner possible, took forever, and acted annoyed when confronted about all these issues.
They also tried to charge for extra for all of this despite being the ones who could not follow very clear and direct instructions that were set in the first place.
Completely unbelievable.
Please take your business elsewhere.

Renovate Ease helped us update our bathroom. The ending result turned out amazing. We provided them a floor plan and elevation drawings of what we were trying to achieve. They took those plans to heart and made it a reality. They asked questions if something seemed unclear, made suggestions for better options (such as hiding the dryer duct above the ceiling instead of having a bulkhead like it had before), and they were friendly.
The project manager, Trevor, was a great person to work with. He coordinated with us on good times for them to stop by and work on the bathroom. If we had any issues, he would resolve them himself or send someone over to take care of anything needed.
We recommend Renovate Ease and we may reach out to them in the future for our kitchen and other bathroom renovations.

Achrista we are glad that it turned out great for you. You were a pleasure to work with.
Update 2: The owner was accommodating at first and did refund me for the issues I was aware of in the beginning, but has since not followed through with some promised repairs and now refuses to work with me to fix things that I've since discovered were improperly done. I discovered no permits were pulled for plumbing or electrical and in addition, the plumbing and electrical were both done incorrectly and had to be brought up to code by new contractors. Thomas, the owner, is claiming that because I terminated our contract for the remainder of the work, he's not liable for the plumbing that his guys did incorrectly, which is actually warrantied according to the contract. He's just willing to do whatever it takes to not pay for his crew's horrible work. In addition, the floor leveler that was done wrong seeped into my return air duct because his crew didn't mask it off at all. There's silica dust in the leveler, which is incredibly dangerous to be exposed to long term. Thomas did send a company to clean the ducts, but they determined they couldn't get it all out and recommended full replacement of the compromised duct. Thomas originally agreed to do so and had his crew remove a portion of ceiling in my basement to allow the HVAC company to access it, but then decided to leave not only the hole but the compromised duct work as is when I brought up concerns regarding the plumbing and electrical. I'm now having to go through the loan company I used to secure funds for my project to try to recoup the additional contractor costs as well as to get my duct replaced and the hole repaired. I've asked for far less back than I am likely legally able to go after and he's still unaccommodating and refuses to take ownership of the horrible work done by his crew.
Update: currently living my worst nightmare working with this company. Everything started out so well but has just gotten worse and worse. I had problems with my project manager from day one, so got a newanager involved a few days in due to a complete lack of communication. I was still having issues after that so I got the owner involved and things seemed to finally be moving in the right direction. However, the crew made a lot of mistakes with my floor leveler that are not only poor and lazy work, but are dangerous. I'm now having to have it all redone while they also clean up the other things in my house that they ruined in the process. I have so little confidence in their ability to do things right that I have decided to take my business elsewhere for the remainder of this project. They're currently trying to charge me far, far more than is even close to fair with the extremely minimal work they've done, especially considering how much of it was done incorrectly. I'm really hoping to get that resolved and avoid litigation, but will go that route if needed. Will update the review again as things progress.
I have had an incredible experience so far! Kayden has been amazing to work with for getting everything set up, Mitch my project manager has been super responsive with my endless questions, and the design guy Jeff??? He works miracles! I knew about what I wanted for my kitchen remodel and he brought it to life for me with suggestions on some changes to make. Everyone has been very kind, accommodating, and willing to work around my hectic schedule. I'll of course update this review throughout the process as we actually get moving forward with the nutty gritty of the project, but I'm feeling extremely confident that this is going to be painless and beautiful.

Erika we apologize for the lack of communication. We always try to do things right and we dropped the ball on your project. We will do what we can and continue to make sure we make right what was wronged.
Kind of a rough experience, took weeks longer than they said it would but the end result is a beautiful functional kitchen! Working with Jon Linkletter as our contractor was great, he made the experience bearable.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for the review. You’re absolutely right—your project took longer than we originally planned, and we appreciate your patience through that. While timelines matter to us, what matters just as much is delivering a kitchen that’s beautiful, functional, and built the right way, and we’re glad you’re happy with the final result.
We’re especially happy to hear that working with Jon made the process more manageable—he truly cares about our clients and their homes. Your feedback helps us continue improving, and we appreciate you trusting us with your kitchen.
