horrible service, quality and value. screens cannot open up and down. they have to be removed if you want to shake a mop outside. No one wants to listen to questions. I wish I kept my old windows. not worth the money my family and I spent on 4 Acclaim windows. I would never ever recommend them and my poor neighbors wouldn't either after seeing mine.

I recently interacted with Renewal by Andersen, and while the initial presentation was promising with their product and services, my experience has been quite challenging. I have been waiting since Halloween for my project to be completed. A sliding glass door that is 71 inches wide received materials for a sliding glass door that is 21 inches wide. It's tough for anybody to get out a 21-inch wide sliding glass door. The installation of 10 out of the 11 windows was handled expertly by the crew, whom I commend for their excellent work. However, there’s been a major lapse in communication and coordination from Renewal by Andersen. I've spoken to different representatives, each providing varying information about the progress and updates on the delivery of the correct materials. It’s been over five months since we signed the contract, and I’m yet to see the complete resolution of the issue. Despite the high quality of their installed products, the overlooked details like a few damaged screens and a missing latch, combined with the current inability to complete the full project, are frustrating. Adding to this, there was an issue with a building permit application that illustrated a communication gap within their team, causing further delays. If asked by a friend or family member whether to recommend Renewal by Andersen, I would hesitate due to the difficulties I've faced. I've had discussions with them about compensating for the inconvenience, including the additional costs and time off work I’ve incurred due to their delays.

I first came across Renewal by Andersen through their TV advertisement and was further intrigued when a representative visited our doorstep. After that interaction, we decided to proceed and see what they offered. Overall, we were quite pleased with the service. Although I hoped for the door frame ribbing to match the rest of our house's color, they installed natural wood instead. Nevertheless, I understand it was necessary to get the job done. The workers who carried out the project were fantastic, even our Rottweiler took a liking to them, and she's an excellent judge of character. Regarding the quality of work, we've encountered no issues. Everything promised in their advertisement has been delivered so far, which is reassuring since advertisements often exaggerate. If anyone asks, I'd recommend looking at other companies for second-best options, but for the best, Andersen is the way to go. Overall, I'd rate them quite highly, considering our experience with their team.

Their product is good. I purchased casement windows from them. The salesman and installers did a good job—everything went smoothly. The quality is excellent, which was a big factor in my decision. I recently had a very positive experience with Renewal by Andersen. Their team of installers, consisting of three polite and professional individuals, made the entire process smooth and straightforward. They arrived on time, answered all my questions, and took the time to show me how to operate my new windows. Importantly, they cleaned up thoroughly after themselves, leaving nothing behind for us to manage. We had nine double-hung windows installed, and two special windows upstairs that open outwards with a handle. These unique windows make cleaning very convenient, as I can rotate them to clean both sides easily. Overall, I'd rate my experience with Renewal by Andersen as outstanding. Although the price is on the higher side, the quality and extended warranty offered are worth it. I can confidently recommend their service to anyone looking for new windows.

I chose Renewal by Andersen because I had a previous experience with another company that did not go well, whereas the Andersen windows in another house were great. They're easy to clean, as advertised, and I appreciate that it's a single company managing everything. I recently had a front door installed, which was expected to take about six weeks but arrived a bit earlier. The installation process was smooth; the team removed the old door and installed the new one without issues. The door quality is good, though the lock has been problematic. It's hard to find quality products nowadays as many are made overseas, but the issue isn't with Renewal by Andersen specifically. They have reordered the lock, and I'm waiting for it to arrive. I assumed the new door would come with a deadbolt, as that was what I wanted to replace, but it initially didn't. Renewal by Andersen is addressing this by getting the correct lock. Despite this hiccup, I would rate them very highly and recommend them to my neighbors for their quality products.

We first heard about Renewal by Andersen several years ago at a feast in Spartanburg, South Carolina. I had a stand set up. Now, I started getting mailers or in my emails and I never marked them as junk. I just kept deleting them. When we moved down here, we wanted to get new windows and we looked at other companies and decided to see what Renewal is all about. We got a vertical, side-to-side sliding window that we put in our bathroom and we were given a lengthy timeline because of the manufacturing process and all the things that they do for the windows. But we only purchased one window and for whatever reason, they made it quickly and we got it in a very reasonable amount of time. Being the only new window in this house that was built in 1998, it's a much better window. The installers were great. They knew exactly what they had to do and where they needed to go. They were pleasant and unobstructed. They just did what they had to do. The service was very professional and there were no surprises.

I had a front door replaced by Renewal by Andersen, and my decision to choose them stemmed from a previous positive experience with their window replacement service. The crew was professional and timely, leaving me quite happy with their work. Regarding the quality, I find their products to be of high quality, using top-of-the-line materials. However, during the front door installation, there was a minor issue with a scratch on the glass. It took about three weeks to resolve, which was longer than expected, partly due to the timing around Thanksgiving. I had to reach out multiple times, which was unlike my earlier experience with them. Overall, I remain pleased with the company, particularly noting their professional and efficient crews. Despite the recent hiccup, I value their service and quality. For this project, though, I'd rate them four stars, slightly lower than before due to the delay in addressing the issue. I recently had a window installation from Renewal by Andersen and decided to go with them mainly because I was looking for a fiberglass option that would be better than vinyl. The home consultant who came to take measurements was impressive due to his friendliness and knowledge. However, the installation team was delayed by about five days because of a trailer accident, and it was quite cold when they arrived. I ended up setting up a tent and spent around $60 on propane to keep them warm during the installation. It'd be nice if they reimbursed me for my propane, but the only issue I had was that the section underneath the window was done in two pieces instead of one, which was less than ideal. Overall, I was quite happy with the service and would rate my experience at a 4.75 out of 5.

I can’t say enough great things! WOW! High quality windows, professional crew and project manager!! Installers went above and beyond, adding caulking to a place on my kitchen counters that didn’t have it! My project manager came by at the end of the installation to check on how it went, and it was his day off! I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen!
