From my very first interaction, I was impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the staff. Darren, who I first met, immediately set aside his tasks to address my urgent need for service. He ensured that I had an affirmation of service to file with the court within just 30 minutes! This level of commitment goes beyond professionalism; it reflects the quality of character that Darren possesses.
Samantha also deserves special mention. When I presented her with a unique request from the courts, she not only orchestrated the necessary forms but executed everything efficiently, providing me with an affirmation of service the very next morning. Her attention to detail and responsiveness were truly commendable.
Adam is another standout member of the team. He embodies what it means to be a stand-up person, always ensuring that everything is done correctly and never allowing clients to fall through the cracks. reliant court services what a excellent, excellent company to work with. trustfully accurate and care about the quality of there services rendered. i made a bad decission with an article 78 special proceeding and lost money that prior to completing submission totally and completely my own fault without question. reliant court services is who should be held at the top of the moutain the very best of the best all praises to them.
I needed some papers served I called and Adam hooked me up I have 4 days to get my paper served didn’t know what to do. Sure enough Adam gave me my options and was simply looking to help. He gave me a time frame of literally 1 day and told me to pick up my affidavit the next morning at 10:30am. Upon arriving promptly Adam was already prepared with my document and a smile including a firm handshake . I’ve never needed this type of service but I thank reliant court services and its team including Adam for the help !

In an emergency they were incredibly helpful. It was Memorial Day weekend, a Saturday before 6:00 AM, and James answered my call. Within an hour he opened the office just to work on my time-sensitive dilemma. He then worked out a plan. If you have a court-related problem, this company has the know-how and experience to help get you through. All of the employees were professional and efficient. I hope I never have to deal with them again, but if I do, I will be happy to make the call.

I chose Reliant Court Services after reviewing the Google reviews. I had a small claims court case which required serving court notices to a company and its owner that did not have their current addresses listed. This business went above & beyond & served 2 subpoenas in (1 in NJ) within their first attempt. They served the 2 people both in under 12 hours.
I was Pro se in arbitration, & Reliant called me before processing my payment to (correctly) let me know that people can ignore the subpoena since it wasn't signed off by a judge and other complex out of state laws.
They asked to personally speak to the Arbitration case manager in a 3 way call because this was their field but don't often serve arbitration subpoenas, especially ones presented to them by non-lawyers. They didn't want me to get confused or misunderstand anything so to be certain I don't waste my money.
I wasn't aware of that but I confirmed with the Arbitration case manager that this was all correct but that's the nature of Arbitrator signed subpoenas, so I went ahead with the service.
They had my payment information all signed and sent and could have just done the job & kept the money. They could have just assumed that I knew that information beforehand & I wanted the subpoenas served anyway. Instead, they felt ethically obligated to call me & make certain that I was aware of the issue before they processed my payment.
10/10 would recommend and especially for self represented individuals in court/arbitration.
Engaging Reliant Court Services turned out to be a fantastic choice. The entire process surrounding family court is not easy, nor is it ideal to navigate as a lay person. Kelly from Reliant made the entire process not only understandable, but easy. I was able to conduct all my business via email and via telephone. Her communication skills exceeded my expectations. She was knowledgeable and dependable as well as friendly guiding me through what can be a challenging / time consuming experience. Kelly returned emails and phones calls promptly, as well as initiating calls/emails to keep me appraised of the progress of my case. This is my second time using their services and would confidently recommend them to others.

I used this company to serve court papers on my behalf. Wonderful service. Very fast and efficient. Affidavits of service was delivered to the court for me and emailed to me within 24 hours of the service being complete.
