My scar treatment started well, but the wait times are unacceptable and prices are dishonest. On one occasion I waited for over an hour for my appointment and they charged me the full price for the treatment even though I didn’t see the doctor (because the doctor was unavailable). Despite initially offering me £20 off my next treatment when I started going to the clinic, they subsequently retracted the offer because they decided it only applies for cosmetic treatments, then when I tried to book a cosmetic treatment a month later, they refused to offer the discount because their app isn’t working. The service is not worth the ~£1000 I have paid so far. I need more laser treatment but will not be returning to this clinic, unfortunately.
