Reggie is great! My partner and I are pretty picky, and had specific ideas for what type of townhome we wanted to rent, what type of neighborhood we wanted it to be in, and what general area. He hit the nail on the head with the second property we visited. He was constantly available to help with anything we needed, and even met us late on a weeknight to help us notarize a form with our new landlord so we could switch the utilities into our name. This was after we had already signed the lease and moved in, so it was beyond the call of duty. Thanks so much Reggie! I believe that Reggie considers the client first. In my experience, he made himself available on New Year's day to present available apartments within the city/location that I was looking for at the time. I don't believe many realitors would do so, but Reggie will take the time to help you find what you are looking for.

In reading the reviews it is clear that this guy is amazing. My husband and I were fortunate that he was so responsive and he was the first realtor to contact us back after submitting several inquiries to everyone in the Fort Lauderdale area. We were relocating for work from MI and were very particular on the area we wanted to be in, on top of that we have a large dog, and under a serious time constraint, but we were adamant that we wanted to be in downtown in a condo. Doing this process from MI and being confident in the trust was huge, and at no point did we doubt that Reggie would be able to do it. He communicated with us daily and informed us on where we were in the process, he eased our fears in the time constraints, and now that we are at the final stage of getting the HOA to approve us, I can confidently say that Reggie is truly amazing! He was tireless in processing all paperwork, and instantaneous in replying back to texts, or calling me back. Even though our closing was delayed due to an appraisal issue, Reggie coordinated with the sellers, and sellers agent, to ensure we closed on time.
