Natalia Made me feel 100% comfortable getting my procedure, she makes the experience so pain free and the results are just amazing so happy with the results !!

I have been to Dr Natalia 3/4 times so far. The service provided was excellent, she made me feel extremely comfortable and that I could ask her anything. I have seen a significant improvement in my skin which has been noted by many people too. Sandra at reception is wonderful to deal with and also very professional. Overall I couldn't recommend the Refine Clinic and Dr Natalia enough!

Dr. Natalia is a very attentive specialist. I never get any weird recommendations, she never ignores my anxious thoughts about any kind of treatment. I visit dr. Natalia as a GP and a dermatologist for ~2 years and I'm very lucky to meet her. She helps my with my acne and other issues. Highly recommend.

I have went this clinic last year to have my hands and feet done for sweaty hand and feet and it was a very good and it’s only starting to wear off now and I have myself now book in to get it all done again and stop the sweat glans for another year definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who had this problem and it’s so embarrassing but the lady who I was dealing with was understanding and did not make me uncomfortable one bit I definitely up for getting it done again next week 👌

Recommend Dr. Natalia, excellent service, but not recommended spending your time for texting with reception, incompetent staff (Sandra), who can cancel your online appointment, when it starts and after, absolutely ignore you, can't give any info about, when it will, doesn’t give for patients results of test by email, which can be regarded in total as concealing information about the patient's health status. I was needed to contact with clinic, where I had test, because I couldn’t get any information from Refine Clinic and couldn’t contact with doctor about consultation. I hope doctors will get my assessment and will do something with them reception service.

Dr Natalie Bratu is an amazing person! Currently, I am having Aqualyx treatment and the results are very satisfactory. I finished my first session 3 weeks ago and I can clearly say that I saw the effect immediately. Natalie's practice style is incredible. She always uses suitable products and methods! I recommend her to everyone!
