Horrible Service Ever I've tried them twice, and I can assure you that the service is the worst in existence. I have been waiting for a response from them regarding internet payments for the past two weeks. In essence, they don't even have an online payment mechanism. After speaking with them twice, they said they would get back to me with a solution. Unfortunately noone has contacted me yet. This was the second unpleasant encounter. Eventually, I was able to purchase the product from them, but regrettably, it was a defective one. They promised to call me back and explain how to fix the problem when I contacted to report the defective product, but I haven't heard anything as of yet. I understand that everyone who reviewed it had positive things to say, but I don't think either of those occurrences is worth dealing with again. I see all the people who had given reviwes are given all good comments but for me both incidents are good enough not to deal with them again and I will not recommend REDTECH Computers to anyone

I recently had a PC assembled at Redtech, and though I couldn’t attend, the team provided excellent service to my father, who was present. Dinura and Thilina from Sales were responsive and answered all questions, making the process easy. Anushka did a great job with the assembly, and the PC runs perfectly. I also appreciate Mr. Ashan, the CEO, for leading such a professional team. Their attention to detail and outstanding customer service made the experience seamless. I highly recommend them for quality and professionalism.

Rain water had gone into my laptop display screen a week ago and I went to REDTECH to get it fixed. I should say, the customer service they provided was really good, and the estimated time I got for getting back my laptop was accurate. And my laptop display look like it l was bought straight from the store and it works normal as usual. Definitely would recommend REDTECH to the others.

Latest update 2024 Aug: I visited redtech again and was overwhelmingly happy with the experience. I was greeted by a young staff member and was very knowledgeable on things I asked about hardware including various CPU architectures and their inherited issues. They passed the knowledge check very well and now I am 100% confident to give my PC to them for services and upgrades. Again I highly appreciate the rapid improvements of redtech. Update on review. Although my previous visit was quite underwhelming, I decided to visit again since the owner responded in a positive manner, just to see if things have changed since my first visit several months back. To my suprise I did find the place quite welcoming and I think they have improved quite a bit. So I continued checking for random products and the feedback from the staff was really nice. I'm thinking of purchasing few items in the coming month and I think I can trust redtech with those products. I also apologize if any negativity my initial review had, but back that time, the experience was very upsetting. Congrats for the improvements.

It's OK. The customer service is really helpful. But they haven't got stocks of many items as they show on their site. Good place. They told me the motherboard which I was searching for is available. But when I went there to pay the advance to ship the item , they told me that it was out of stock and they told me it was a mistake. I didn't get angry and accepted their pardon. They took my number and name to inform me when the stock is back , but they didn't call me at all 😂. Finally ended up purchasing it from unity plaza. Btw good place with good customer service
