Horrible Service Ever
I've tried them twice, and I can assure you that the service is the worst in existence. I have been waiting for a response from them regarding internet payments for the past two weeks. In essence, they don't even have an online payment mechanism. After speaking with them twice, they said they would get back to me with a solution. Unfortunately noone has contacted me yet. This was the second unpleasant encounter. Eventually, I was able to purchase the product from them, but regrettably, it was a defective one. They promised to call me back and explain how to fix the problem when I contacted to report the defective product, but I haven't heard anything as of yet.
I understand that everyone who reviewed it had positive things to say, but I don't think either of those occurrences is worth dealing with again.
I see all the people who had given reviwes are given all good comments but for me both incidents are good enough not to deal with them again and I will not recommend REDTECH Computers to anyone
