Very relaxing and exactly what we needed ☺ Fabulous facilities and lovely room and pool Stayed Red Level B&B ☹ Had meal a couple evenings and the food was average The buffet however looked nice but did not try this.

☺Flot beliggenhed ved Alcala kyststrækningen. Smukt vedligeholdt haveanlæg mellem bygningerne. ☹Red Level er ikke pengene værd. Pool området er fuldt optaget fra tidlig morgen. Så kan man ligeså godt blot bruge only adult pool området. Have en fornemmelse af der var flere gæster, der benyttede red Level faciliteter, end dem der måske have reel adgang hertil. Fin buffet restaurant, hvor standard og kvalitet, service faktisk er betydelig bedre end på alle de andre ala carte restauranter. Ikke specielt gode senge (ikke hvad man kan forvente af et 5 stjernet hotel). Personalet er instrueret i at hilse på gæster ved at tage hånden til hjertet. (Virker påtaget og slet ikke naturligt).

Very large hotel struggling to provide 5 star service ☺ Great gardens and pools . Very comfortable beds . Nice selection of drinks and snacks available to red level guests throughout the day . ☹ Unfortunately we had cockroaches in our bathroom . Eventually on day five we were moved to another bedroom upon our request .

The most romantic place ever!!!! ☺ This hotel was amazing!! The service was first class from arrival to departure!! I got engaged here and the staff went all out to arrange it with my partner . We were even sent 2 bottles of champagne one for the engagement and one for my birthday. We will deffinately be coming back it is now a special place to us which holds the fondest of memories.
