Ordered a t-shirt for my son for Christmas It never arrived.Opened a dispute with *******Crappy automated email communication with Redbubble made it impossible to come to a resolution with them. They just kept asking me to withdraw the dispute even though the issue was not resolved. I should not be paying for a t-shirt that did not arrive on time, so I did not want to return a refund. If anything, they should be sending me a replacement, along with my refund! Stay away. DO NOT order from them. Disgraceful company. Also, no one returns your calls, as they promise.
I ordered a 110-piece puzzle of *** ********** for my grandson for Christmas. What I received was a disgrace to have charged as much as I paid. The puzzle is on very thin cardstock. The type you would get for free in a cracker jack **** I would expect more from a puzzle from the Dollar store. DO BUY ANY OF THE *** SAW PUZZLES FROM REDBUBBLE!! I would have given a 0 star if I could have.
Scam site
We ordered from Redbubble December 10th and they said that it will arrive December 13-18. When we checked the site after those dates had passed, there was no status change. Then we tried to cancel the order and lo and behold, the status states that the item was shipped today. Although UPS and USPS say that the tracking number they provided is legit, both state that they have not yet received the package. As others have stated, there is no straightforward way to contact customer support. We are contacting our credit card company to try to cancel this charge. I believe the 5 star reviews here claiming that they got good or even great customer service are bogus.
Please if you are an artist trying to make money through your art, go to other platforms
I have been using Redbubble since 2021, and it was good back then, very little deducations and if you didnt meet the payment threshold by the end of the year then you would get your earnings, even if it was just $5. However now, over half of your earnings are deducted by account fees and you are no longer able to cashout at the end of the year if you didnt make your payment threshold. Unfortunately, Redbubble is going downhill and is very much not affordable to artists anymore.
Please if you are an artist trying to make money through your art, go to other platforms that don't take so much from you.

I ordered stickers from Redbubble. Normally, my stickers come in just a couple of days. We're now several days past the delivery window. The mail situation at my new apartment ***** and I have not received my stickers. I'm also in the process of moving. When I asked what I should do about getting my stickers, they just keep telling me to wait. These stickers are obviously lost in the mail at this point and I am about to not have access to my mailbox that I had the order shipped to and they are doing nothing to help me.
I ordered three dresses from redbubble and I was communicating with someone saying I want to return them and get my money back. They were too big or just didnt fit right and I was communicating with someone and then all of a sudden nothing and Ive been trying to get a hold of someone I want my money back they owe me over $100. They said I dont need to return the clothes and I said thats fine but I want my money back.
Disappointed!
I'm really disappointed with my experience on RedBubble. Despite uploading dozens of designs and doing what i can to promote my store, the sales have been virtually nonexistent. The platform doesn't seem to have enough visibility for new sellers. Their new fee structure is frustrating and customer service is almost nonexistent. I've reached out multiple times for help but have never received a useful response!
Awful quality products and even worse service
I ordered an art print from Redbubble on 10/26. When it arrived, it was blurry, pixelated, and obviously derived from a low resolution source image completely unsuitable for print. I contacted them and submitted photos. Instead of giving me a refund, they gave me a voucher for store credit. OK, fine. I ordered a different print from a different user. At this point I've paid for shipping twice, totaling over $25 just for shipping. The replacement arrives and it's even worse than the first order. It's not only blurry, there are long print lines and scratches. I contact them again, requesting a refund, as there is no way at this point I intend to order any more products from this company, not to mention I would have to pay for shipping a THIRD time. They are uncooperative. I contact paypal and file a dispute. Redbubble doesn't even read my dispute and sends a form email stating that my order was delivered. Yeah, no kidding. That wasn't in question. What I received was two defective products in a row and I want my money back. I escalate it to a claim with PayPal. They send more cut and paste form letters, asking for photos, which I've not only already sent them, I also posted on the paypal dispute. I send them the photos AGAIN. This company would rather do this to a customer over $50-60 and not only damage their brand, but ensure that I tell everyone I know about this bad experience, than reimburse a customer for their OWN POOR PRODUCTS. This company has no quality control and evidently let's anyone upload low resolution images to their site and sell them, but their print on demand partner is also atrocious. This is a predatory company that hijacks your money and thinks they're entitled to hold onto it like an underfed piranha rather than make sure they're providing value so they have repeat business and a positive brand reputation. As of right now I'm waiting on my PayPal claim. Redbubble, you deserve to go out of business.

I ordered womens clothing (leggings) with a delivery date of between 9/26/24-10/3/24. Received a shipping notice items were sent 9/21/24. Since then I have not received the package or ANY COMMUNICATION. I have emailed, online computer generated chat which took me in circles. On 9/21/24 my credit card was charged. REDBUBBLE will not communicate and the tracking information seems to be real, but, each day says the same thing "arriving by 7pm today".Is this Company a scam?
RedBubble Is An Enemy of Independent Artists
RedBubble.com is an enemy of independent artists all over the world. Their recent change to a tier structure is literally robbing indie artists of hard-earned cash. How can I sell merchandise, RB take the largest percent of the profit, and then they charge me an additional fee because they've labeled my art a particular way? There are complaints from thoussands of artists who draw their art by hand, only to be labled a freelancer who "spams RedBubble with crappy and derivative art work." Why is it that a young artist with consistent sales cannot reach the "payment threshold" because each time he makes a sale, RB reduces his cut with a fee? Look at the images attached. I've made $38 dollars in August, but I haven't reached the payment threshold because RB has taken $21 off the top as "fees" leaving me with a paltry $17. Keep in mind, they've received a profit from the sale when the sale was first made! This is a money grab, plain and simple. They are literally stealing millions from independent artists every year, by reclassifying their work as "freelancer" and robbing them with a subjective fee. Our only choice is to stop using redbubble and move your accounts to another POD provider. Without the artists, RedBubble couldnt sell $h!t!
The real reason for the tiers is that RB monthly visitors is down. They want YOU, the artist, to bring them more visitors by promoting your work on other social media accounts. The caveat is that even if you bring someone to the platform via a link from Instagram or Facebook, there's not guarantee they will buy YOU art. However, they may buy someone's art and that is money in whose pocket? RedBubble! If they want artists to bring visitors they should pay us for the traffic we bring, right?
I've made some money during the election year. One my payout is made I will be cancelling my account. The only way to affect these big companies is to hit them in their bank accounts. Take your art to Shopify, eBay, Etsy, Printify or any other POD company. Red Bubble and TeePublic changed from a viable resource for artists to a scam and money-grab by corporate CEO's, CFO's and their ilk.

I placed an order for some custom art stickers last weekend and today received my first of several packages Im set get. To my surprise the envelope is COMPLETELY EMPTY!! Nothing inside not a note not a sticker NOTHING! When I went online to try and make a complaint or request a refund I was sent to bot led chat. Asked the bot for customer representative was told there are none. This is shady business for sure!
I recently created an account with strong passwords using a fairly new gmail account also with strong password+MFA. Uploaded legally licensed artwork that's within their use/content guidelines. Immediately my account was suspended, I submitted an appeal and got an email saying my appeal was denied for the following:Your account *** have been suspended for one of the following reasons:-There was fraudulent activity connected to the account;-the account was found to be in violation of our User Agreement and/or other published content policies;-the account was connected to a previously disabled account. This doesn't make any sense and they won't elaborate on what the actual violation was, but there wasn't one. 0/5 stars
Junk Product. Gave Runaround When Return Was Requested.
I bought an iPhone case from them in January 2024. The case was badly designed and non-functional. When the case was installed the iPhone volume buttons wouldn't function. It appeared to be due to the design of the case and to the very stiff material which was used. I requested a return and refund, but the company refused saying that I needed to use the case longer to "break in" the buttons. I did this, but it made no difference. Then I followed up with the company saying that I had done as they asked and the product still didn't work so could I please have refund. They didn't offer a refund but instead said they needed to first "investigate the problem" and asked me to send them photos of the case from multiple angles as well as the model of my phone. Photos would have shown nothing about the stiffness of the buttons, and the model of the phone they already had from my order. It was clear to me that they had a policy of dealing with return requests by delaying and wasting customer time until they gave up.

Redbubble business model is unethical
I am an illustrator and an artist. I've been using Redbubble since 2018 and I have more than 1K designs uploaded. I never really earned a lot of money but as creative job it was a good side hustle. Last year RB decided to implement a tier system, dividing creators in 3 tiers, with no explanation of the rationale underlying. You can be demoted (and so subjected to fees that are not clearly explained and are extortionate) without a valid reasons, without warning and with no possibilities of appeal. Strangely the accounts demoted are often the high earners, so that RB can take another gabelle on the already meagre margins artists have. Prints quality have also deteriorated, prints tend to wash out much quicker. Pity - I used to love RB for the interface easiness, but their questionable ethics made me regret to have given so much time to create original work for their platform. I have since decided not to upload anymore.
Worst expereience on platforms like that
My experience with redbubble has been the worst experience that has happened to me on these platforms. He showed it briefly. I invested my time to post over 200 designs there but I was never paid for the sales made. Even though I had passed the commissions earned from the sales of 20 dollars and my PayPal account was verified, they canceled the payment every month without any particular reason, blaming PayPal. The figure they had to pay me increased every month and in December of this year it almost doubled because I wasted my time advertising the designs on tiktok. One evening I was editing some tags as I had mistakenly posted them as hashtags and the internet in the cafe where I was sitting was weak and the designs wouldn't load. I left there and sat in another cafe and again they did not work even after several attempts. I got up and ran to another cafe where the internet was better and the moment I saved the account, it logged out and I was suspended. I contacted live chat, it was a waste of time, I made the appeal, but there was no option in the forms to give a request. I emailed from the email I had communicated before and the responses were simply a rejection of the appeal request and after that, even though I explained the situation several times, I did not receive any response except that they told me to read an article that speaks in general terms about the reasons of suspension. Normally, it is easy for them to benefit from countries like Albania, since going to court for them is a long and boring job and it is not worth it. Just keep in mind that they are fraudulent and not correct. How can you suspend someone without showing him the real reason and without giving him the opportunity to fix if he has broken any rules? Disappointed to the maximum of them
No customer service at all
After 20 days, the product never arrived. That's why there's no p"roof of purchase". There's no tracking associated with the shipping, and it's impossible to connect with a real person in customer service. Instead, the customer gets an online run-around where no real person ever responds to written questions. Avoid this company!
