I picked these movers because of their good reviews. Others were cheaper but I wanted a peaceful move since my husband got sick & wouldn't be with me. Norbert & Robert were great. But the extra mover was not happy to be a mover. In front of me he complained "my back, my feet". I told him a table wasn't going to the new place. So when I saw it in the truck he said he was going to give it to someone. He didn't ask me first. I would have said yes. So I look in the truck to see what else may be there & I see a heavy saucer on top of my succulents which also weren't supposed to go on the truck. I was getting stressed & the mover instantly starts angrily yelling at me while he's walking away that he didn't do it but my mom did. In front of my neighbors. Him being so angry scared me about what he would do now. I wasn't planning to follow them to my new city but decided to drive 40 min after they left. I missed out on a treatment I needed health wise. The unhappy mover was the driver & I wonder if he drove slower to charge me more. There was traffic but they arrived way after the GPS eta that Robert showed me right before leaving. I called Norbert that I wasn't comfortable anymore & he offered to go assist. The other guy was still working though. A bathroom cleaner I left out in the old place was put in a bin where I had my essentials. I don't know who put it there but it fell & leaked, breaking my iPad & more. The move was $1200 & rounded up timewise. No discounts offered despite what happened. The owner asked if I was happy & I said yes out of people pleasing. I still tipped all 3 but in the end I spent much more and still had a stressful move.

Red Box Moving deserves my 5-star review! They were professional movers who went above and beyond our expectations. A team of three arrived at my house on time as scheduled on Labor Day and finished the move within 3 hours in a most efficient manner. They also moved my piano with the utmost care. All disassembled furniture was reassembled and they made sure everything was put in place and working fine. At the end, the team also helped me put together a brand new bed headboard out of the box. We couldn’t be happier with Red Box Moving and would call on them for future moves.

Norbert is professional and easy going. He and his team of movers are experienced and work well together, like an unspoken system is flowing - they are fast and careful. Got our 2 bed 2 bath loaded and in the new place in 3 hours flat! So much better than hiring 2 guys to help - that was a debacle. Go with the 5 guys and Norbert for a smooth day of moving!

Clear Communication, Professional, Considerate, Great pricing, and Treated each piece to be moved Gently, Wrapped completely, and Positioned exactly where I wanted it to go. I right away saw that I did not need to supervise anything, and I could sit back and relax as He Got It! I would definitely use Norbert and Red Box Moving again. Experienced, Trustworthy and Careful with your possessions. What a mensch! You don't need to look further.

Red Box/Norbert is what a moving experience should be. The entire process was professional, honest and swift. The owner, Norbert, is amazing and works alongside his team to ensure the move is perfect and your belongings are well cared for. His communication throughout the entire process was excellent. This was the best transaction for a move I have ever had. There was no pricing mystery.. no tricks.. no surprises…no detours.. no lateness... just a professional business transaction where the company you paid did what they agreed to do. While Norbert and his team are extremely professional and clearly operate with integrity.. they were friendly, thoughtful and careful all at the same time. Do not waste your time searching... Redbox is it!!! Finally!!! Thank you Norbert. There are some good guys left after all. I can honestly say you made the process seamless! Redbox folks!!!!

Our friends joke that we don’t like to clean so we move instead. We actually clean as well but in the last 13 years, we have moved 10 times. We’ve gotten to be experts but we’ve always had issues with almost every moving company….that is until we found Red Box. They were professional, attentive, reasonable AND timely. There were no bait/switch added hours or costs. They will be the only company we use going forward!
