We used them for a full commercial building coating and it's been leaking every since. They sold us a product/service with a 10 year warranty and it was a horrible experience. No return to calls or emails. They tried to push off the leaks as new hail damage. They applied the product incorrectly and extremely thin. I would never use this company again.

I had a great experience with Redbird Roofing after wind damage to my roof. They were professional, responsive, and very easy to work with from start to finish. They guided me through the insurance process, which made everything simple and stress-free.
The roof replacement was completed efficiently, and the quality of work was excellent. Communication was clear throughout, and I always knew what to expect.
They were also quick to respond to a follow-up question and made sure everything was taken care of right away.

I am surprised at the many positive reviews. I live in the St. Albans area and have repeatedly tried to get an estimate to repair our roof. Many phone calls and emails that are never returned. Could be that our job or a repair is not something they are interested in and only want to focus on the high dollar roof replacement?

I have been dealing with redbird roofing since last May...it has not been the best experience however after waiting for Cody to for last four months we have come to the end of the road. I paid my bill in full and was promised final paperwork and lien releases. I have not received either and this has been more than thirty days. I have reached out several times to no avail. I would like to hear from owners about the way this is being handled.
We had heard about Redbird Roofing from a friend of ours who raved about the quality and durability of the work they did on her roof. She sent Trent our way, and he did not disappoint. He was very attentive to our inquiries and kept us informed about all the work that needed to be done on the house. Remember that many hundreds of homes were impacted by the storm in March 2025, so repair of all damages did take some time, but Trent kept us advised of when our repairs could be effected. When scheduled, the repairs were done quickly, efficiently, and neatly. Trent stayed engaged with each of the repair teams and checked on them frequently to ensure that repairs were done correctly. His leadership on the job was evident and appreciated. I would go with Redbird Roofing and Trent again if we ever needed work done on our roof and home exterior.
I just want to take a moment to thank Trent and his company, Redbird Exteriors, for their kindness and professionalism. Trent came out to my home personally and took the time to tarp my roof for free just to help prevent any more rain or water from getting inside until I can afford to get the full roof replacement done. You don’t come across too many people these days who will go out of their way to help someone without expecting anything in return, and that really meant a lot. He showed up on time, did quality work, and treated my situation with care and respect. That kind of integrity and compassion speaks volumes.
If you’re looking for someone honest, reliable, and truly about helping people. Trent and Redbird Exteriors are the ones to call. I definitely plan to go through them when I get my roof done completely 🙏🏾💯
