06.04.24 Called in for a one off session again in their new premises. Darren and Chris were just as welcoming as before. Made me and my training partner very welcome Good facilities, good equipment, easy parking. Very friendly atmosphere. I wish i lived closer, I have been training since 1979 in my opinion its how a gym should be hope to see you in 2025 as long as my knees hold up lol All the best lads 2020 I called in RWF this morning just for look around, while i was waiting for my car being serviced. I have been training for over 40 years so i do know my way around a gym. The gym was well equipped with with heavy duty equipment, and quite a few people in. Darren introduced himself, and even though he knew i had no intention of joining (im 45 miles away), he couldn;t do enough for me, he let me have a tour, nothing was out of bounds, and having a 20 min conversation with him, it was quite obvious he not only knew how to train but was also able to advise on injuries and rehab etc. Shame about the distance, definitely have a sesh next time I'm having car serviced A year later 23.10.21 had car serviced again, called in for a session, everyone very welcoming, facilities very good, Thanks to everyone in the gym See ya next year All the best Regards Dale Myers

Very good gym. Never too busy like a lot of the big, commercial gyms. I come here 3 times a week and the atmosphere is always upbeat. Decent music playing and always a pot of free coffee on the go. I would highly recommend popping in to see the staff and organising a free guest pass

Bright, airy and well air conditioned during the summer months! All the equipment you’ll need with no wait times….and you’ll never find a bar left loaded from the person before. Highly recommend this gym if you want a break from the overcrowded, intimidating commercial gyms. A great bunch of knowledgeable trainers too! Well done RWF for creating such a positive and motivating environment.

Great PT sessions and a really friendly gym. Loads of car parking space and easily accessible by bus too.

I received a warm welcome, and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere; almost homely. Staff are friendly, yet professional; and there's always someone to hand if necessary. The equipment is decent and well maintained, they have ample facilities/amenities. They even provide a "study room". Great for me as I tend to write my workout at the gym. (can also be used for work related purposes, if your work follows you, and you need to get your laptop out) They're drinks for sale; but to top it off they offer free tea/coffee (nice bit of hospitality). The team/business is still developing; regarding their outdoor area which is also used for training. In the near future they intend to provide a seating area to the neighbouring cafe! Minimal/virtually no waiting time for equipment. Also great for those whome preffer a more humble environment. I've frequented several big name gyms in the last few years; so I repeat, I was pleasantly surprised with this little gem.

Hidden gem. If you're tired of queueing for gym equipment and waiting for those 5 kids to finish on the bench press then come here, (they have 3x bench presses). Can't recommend enough

Fantastic gym, great atmosphere, and free coffee, what more do you need! I never have to wait for equipment, and Derran and Chris are always around to give tips and pointers.

I would highly recommend this gym. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. There's a great range of equipment including freeweights, machines, and cardio machines.

Best gym in notts city centre

This is an excellently equipped gym with enough equipment so that you hardly ever have to wait to use weights racks etc. There is a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere with a diverse and friendly membership.

A hidden gem of a gym! My favourite place to train by far
