I cannot say enough great things about the RBN program. I have used the service on multiple home transactions and it has always been great. The agents we were connected to were amazing (and we did this in Virginia and Arizona) - even becoming friends with our agent in Virginia!
It really is a no brainer to use RBN - the points have real value and cost you nothing! A few years ago we had used points along with some of our Amex points to fly our family of 4 first class on Hawaiian airlines from JFK to HNL. Now we are looking at using the points to make home improvements on our new home we just purchased! There are just so many ways to get value out of the points. Their new offering of using points to lower your mortgage rate is yet another innovation in the industry that directly impacts you with your points on day 1.
Everybody at RBN is extremely friendly and responds super quickly. Again, I cannot say enough that if you are in the market for buying or selling a home you need to be using RBN as it is essentially free money for a purchase you are already going to make. Thank you RBN!!!
Very highly recommend! I couldn’t be happier with my experience using RBN Rewards Points when buying our new home. The process was incredibly smooth, and earning points simply for purchasing a home felt like a valuable added bonus. Everything was seamless, no confusing steps, ee were matched with an amazing agent and rewards points posted 2 weeks after closing. Using points is also incredibly easy and plenty of options including airfare, hotels and activities to use points towards.
Buy and home and get cash back instead of the realtor getting it all? Glad I did it and was a tremendous experience from start to finish.

I found out about RBN through The Points Guy and decided to give them a try because of the opportunity to earn Amex MR points. The entire experience with both the RBN concierge and the RBN agent was top notch! The sign up process was quick and easy and they matched me up with a fantastic realtor who helped me purchase my home virtually. Excellent way to purchase a home. Especially now that my bank account is significantly lighter it is nice to have some miles to travel with. Appreciate that you can also bring your own agent into the equation as an option or leverage theirs.

I learned about RBN in 2021 and immediately signed up. I was surprised how quickly RBN was able to connect me with such a high quality agent. Additionally, I felt as though my agent treated me with the highest respect and worked just as hard to help me in the home buying process. I was so pleased with the process, I actually used RBN again two years later in 2023 when we moved to another state. Once more, the agent that RBN referred me to was such a pleasure to work with. We were blown away at his level of knowledge in the industry and commitment to helping us find our perfect home in a tight market.
After each transaction, I was very pleased with how easy and quick it was receiving points. It seemed too good to be true at first, but once the points hit my account I knew it wasn't! We've since used the points to redeem on travel, going to Japan a few times since in business and first class.
RBN has been incredible to work with and I'll use them again in a heartbeat next time we're in need.
