Nice little cottage, fantastic value ☺ It's a really nice little cottage and you'll do well to better it if your looking for somewhere where you can self cater for the price. Free bicycle to use as well. Very quiet area. 1000r by pick me to or from airport. Great WiFi, warm shower, well equipped kitchen with gas hob & microwave. Very friendly family. ☹ Very little, its a little way from city or beach but if you have transportation no problem.

Peaceful, all that you need in close proximity. Very friendly people in the neighborhood. ☺ Did not opt for the breakfast , but the peace and quiet in the mornings is excellent. ☹ Mosquitos, but that was sorted with mosquito repellant spray, the Cottage has Mosquito nets to use which is good.

Very Good ☺ Very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped, and the surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. ☹ Unfortunately the internet didn't work throughout the time we were there. Although we understood it was just a momentary issue, it was not resolved. In addition, without transportation there is no easy access to restaurants, but there is a supermarket a short walk away.

Fresh, private and super comfortable! ☺ I stayed here for 30 days and It was a very pleasant month at Negombo. The cottage is private and in a quiet area as I needed to relax and work remotely. Also the way is constructed allows to keep it cool and fresh mostly all day so AC is not that necessary. It really became a place like home. I received help from the staff from the moment I arrived and they made sure I had everything I needed and more. I felt safe and embraced. I had a good bike to my disposal which was perfect to move around the neighborhood and to go to the beach. I definitely recommend this place to stay. ☹ The shower in the bathroom needs to have some maintenance but it has hot water and good water pressure.

Exceptional ☺ We had a wonderful stay at Roseberry cottage! The cottage was clean and had a lovely cozy vibe to it. The kitchen was perfect for cooking, the shower had hot water, the ac worked well and the bed was comfortable. Also the area was calm and peaceful but still in walking distance for anything you needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! The owners were also very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcomed!

Мои честные впечатления ☺Хорошие хозяева, прекрасный дом с полным набором предметов для жизни. Кондиционер, тёплая вода без проблем. Я бы порекомендовал его на несколько дней, но не на долго. ☹Очень много всякой живности и это не тот случай, когда это хорошо. 1 много белок, которые ночью сильно шумят под крышей. Одна белка где то застряла под кровлей, сдохла и 3 дня воняла. Два раза испортили байк. Один раз свили внутри гнездо, другой раз кто то перегрыз провода, из за чего пришлось вернуть байк и оплатить ремонт. После чего ездил только на велосипеде. Очень много комаров. Рядом гуляет корова. Пляж довольно не близко,, когда был мотоцикл, было удобно, но на велосипеде далековато. Wi-Fi лимитированный, пришлось покупать. ,

Very happy. Would stay again ☺ Cozy, clean place, in a peaceful neighborhood. Very nice, caring host. Has a yard, which is shared with other dwellers, but there are very few of them. ☹ To be completely honest and clear with my review I have to mention that the AC was not working during my stay, but the owner informed me about it in advance offering cancelation, which I refused. Instead I chose to have a fan. So, overall I am very happy with the place and the owner. Would definitely recommend.

☺Мистер Чандиман помогал мне во всем, был очень любезен. Очень хороший хозяин, место тихое, можно хорошо выспаться. Дом Не жарко, сейчас живу в другом месте на 2 этаже, жара адская, уже хочу вернуться к мистеру Чандиману. Всем рекомендую.

Feels like home ☺Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten eine Lebensmittelvergiftung und er hat uns Essen & Trinken gebracht und ist sogar nochmal los um einen Wasserkocher zu besorgen, damit wir Tee machen konnten. ☹Die Lage ist extrem ruhig und etwas entfernt von der Hauptstraße, aber wer Entspannung im Grünen sucht ist hier genau richtig.
