Nothing but rude people work here I think I've had 1 nice guy in service one time on my 4th recall for our brand new SUV. They're pretty Incompetent too. The nice service guy I'm talking about over heard another service guy tell me the absolutely wrong info about my recall on the broken driver door and said you can't charge him its our broken door under recall. So thank you to that gentleman I'm going to find out his name and leave him a good review alone. But I just called to purchase another broken part for my barely over 35,000 mile car and they picked up and was rude, transferred me to service instead of parts made me out to feel I did it and then talked to me like I was stupid when I finally got to parts. If it wasn't for me needing this part that only Ford seems to sell they wouldn't get my business or money! I hate this vehicle its a P.O.S, Can't stand to deal with people at Ray Skillman and Highly suggest you find somewhere else to buy until they change their culture there and start treating people with the same respect I try to show them everytime I call them/go in there. I have 15 plus years Commission sales under my belt I would never treat my people like they do!

I had a wonderful experience buying my first new car this last weekend. I even went in towards their end of business and no one made me feel unwelcomed. Closson even offered to help me setup the tech in the car post normal business hours. I declined to let them get the heck out of there lol. Thanks guys!

Came for a simple oil change and got a weekend’s worth of headache and poor communication and customer service. Told me my splash shield needed replaced, and I told them I would handle it at a later date and to leave it be for now. I then ended up missing hardware underneath my car that kept another item in place which happened to fall down the next morning on my way to work which made me go to the shop and show up late to work. They removed that shield and kept that as well, not returning it to me. I spoke with Chad on the phone and in the shop throughout this process and he was nothing but rude and hung up on me. He first told me that whoever worked on my car, put the hardware back up underneath my hood and put the metal shield in my trunk. Once I said it wasn’t there and that I checked, he told me that my missing hardware was “Not life or death bud” and that “it wasn’t that expensive to replace” when the principal was that they removed something from my car and did not return it to me. I came back to the shop in which they told me there was no metal shield in the shop and they put it back in my trunk. After getting a manager, it turns out I was missing hardware and they had my metal shield sitting in the back with my information on it because they thought I was coming back to get it. Chad didn’t apologize for the miscommunication on their part and neither did the manager. I’ve had nothing but problems when taking my car here. I’ve taken it a couple other times before for a 90 minute oil change and a 90 minute singular tire change. I will not be bringing my car back to Ray Skillman.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this dealership for years and have purchased multiple vehicles here, spending well over $250,000 total. Because of that, I genuinely expected better treatment when an issue came up with my most recent purchase. We recently purchased a Tahoe from this dealership knowing it needed a transmission. That was never the issue for us, and we immediately invested over $6,500 to have the transmission replaced ourselves. We understood we were buying a used vehicle and accepted that responsibility. What’s disappointing is that only 7 days after purchase, the entire infotainment/radio screen failed completely. I reached out hoping the dealership would at least offer some level of customer service — even something as simple as looking at it, diagnosing the issue, or trying to help find a solution. Instead, I was immediately told that because the vehicle was sold “as-is,” there would be no help whatsoever. This review is not about a radio screen. It’s about customer loyalty and standing behind the relationships you build with repeat buyers. After years of doing business here and repeatedly choosing this dealership over others, it was frustrating to feel dismissed over such a small issue in the grand scheme of things. I understand used vehicles can have problems. I wasn’t asking for a free vehicle or unrealistic compensation. I simply expected a dealership that values long-term customers to show at least some willingness to help. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed my perspective, and future vehicle purchases for my family will likely be elsewhere. I would encourage potential buyers to carefully consider what level of support they can expect after the sale before making a purchase here

I had a very disappointing experience with the service department at Ray Skillman Ford on April 23rd. I called ahead the same day asking if I could come in to get a second key programmed for my vehicle. I was told that I could come in without an appointment and that it would take about 30 minutes to 1 hour. I was completely fine with that. After driving down there with my 1-year-old child, I spoke with the service advisor who immediately told me I needed an appointment. I explained that I had already called and was told to come in. He then changed the estimated wait time to about 1 hour and 30 minutes. While there, I also mentioned that one of my parking sensors was not working and asked if they could possibly take a quick look at it. He reassured me that it was “not a small issue” and that I would need to bring it back another day for diagnosis. I accepted that and decided to just wait for the key service since I was already there. Keeping a 1-year-old entertained for over an hour and a half is not easy, but we managed. Once the exact amount of time he quoted had passed, I went back to the advisor. As soon as he saw me, he called for someone to bring my vehicle up and then told me they were unable to make the second key because the vehicle first needed a full diagnosis. At that point, it honestly felt like the vehicle had never even been looked at. He suggested I bring it back the following Monday, but the overall attitude made me feel like he simply did not want to help me. I hate to even think this way, but as a Hispanic customer, the experience honestly left me wondering if I was treated differently. I later scheduled with another Ford dealership and had a completely different experience. I dropped the vehicle off expecting it to take several hours, but in less than 2 hours they diagnosed and fixed the parking sensor issue AND programmed the second key with no problem at all. That confirmed to me that my vehicle likely was never properly checked at Ray Skillman Ford, and I ended up wasting over 1 hour and 30 minutes of my time for nothing.

Kensey and Zach were really good to work with. I found myself fed up from looking for cars on Craig’sList (which should be retired already) and Facebook Marketplace. I wasn’t desperate for a car but I was certainly over the private party sellers who couldn’t answer any questions, most of the time couldn’t speak English, were asking retail prices, ghosted me or never responded, and tried pathetic scams. I had done enough research to know what the car was truly worth to me and that’s what I offered as an ‘out the door’ cash price. My offer was contingent upon everything checking out and no deal breaking issues being found. I also don’t do the back and forth thing. It’s either they accept it or I will continue looking. That being said, my offer was accepted, I checked the car out, found no deal breaking issues, and bought the car. The process was super simple and the guys had all the paperwork ready when I arrived. I was in and out quicker than any dealer I’ve ever bought a car from. The next time I need a car, I’ll start with the Skillman guys and save me a lot of headache. Great job guys!

Over all the used super center is good to work with. I just do not like the extra charges added to the sale and no way to refuse them. The pricing on the trade in was very fair. The sales person was very pleasant.
