I'm very interested in a property, so I rang the office and was told I would get a call back. This was early morning. By 2pm, I still hadn't had a call back, so I rang. I then spoke to the auctioneer and I'm unable to make an offer over the phone until I viewed the property. I'm in Wexford, the property in Leganrock, Longford. I was told to ring back Thursday to see how the bids on the property were going. So I decided I'd like to view the property to make a bid, so I rang back Thursday 25/3/21, again was told the auctioneer was on another call and I'd get a call back. By close of business, still no call back. So today I rang again and was told a note had been left for a call back and she'd remind him again. It's now close of business on a Friday and still no call back. I'm a cash buyer and ready to go. I wonder does the property owner know the auctioneers are not doing their jobs.

Jackie white, what can I say ..????
We gave Jackie a 4 bed house in Moy Close to sell about 10 weeks ago.. The house was rented and its not easy showing a very busy house with people and so much stuff all around the house .?
However
Jackie said to me, you sit back and let me handle it all ..don't stress, and in a few weeks it was sold.... amazing..????????
I'm so happy with the service we have had from Jackie and Co..
My Granson from Australia also bought an investment house to rent from Jackie around the same time ..

Jackie spent a lot of time answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many properties they rent, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing valuable information to ourselves on renting for the first time.
The listing looked great on websites and her team succeeded in renting the property within 2 weeks.
