Signed up for the scheduled delivery, trying to save some money. However, they took my money two weeks ago, and I've still no delivery. I have repeatedly emailed and called, and got no reply. To say I'm angry and disappointed is an understatement. Will be switching supplier as soon as I get this delivery in. IF I get it.

What has happened to this place! Taken my money for home delivery of a box of food but nothing arrived. I've been ringing and emailing but no response. It's been 2 weeks!
They was ok when shop was open but now it’s delivery only they have gone down hill fast they don’t reply to emails the phone number no one ever answers and when the order is incorrect there’s no help to solve it my dog doesn’t like beef so I didn’t order it yet I received 5 pks of beef which is in the bin because no way of contacting them will be going else we’re for food in future
Have the food delivered regularly and my dog loves it great prices and delivery options
unfortunately there's no pre delivery contact so I'm not always in. it would be helpful if they phoned the day before to arrange a convenient day/time however they always redeliver at a more convenient time with no problems
Mince variety pack.... my dog loves this food and she looks amazing with a glossy coat... not bad for a 15 year old!!Customer service really good; they went out of their way to help us. Love the recyclable packaging with no polystyrene in sight. I know the delivery has to come refrigerated but it does seem a lot at £11+ per order. No niggles apart from that and I will keep ordering. My second time ordering from this company. I just want to say a big thank you for the bonus dog treats and meat portions, you just made Max very happy. I'm super pleased with the quality of the meat as well, nicely portioned and really easy to store and serve them to my dog. Thank you!

Great raw food at a cheaper price we were paying before very well packaged and not a single pack defrosted
