Disappointing I booked a job for a boiler leak repair and a service. They came and only repaired the leak and didn’t tell me that they hadn’t done the service until after I paid the invoice. They then agreed to return to do the service but didn’t turn up. Now they’re refusing to answer repeated calls/ messages, even though I’ve told them that the boiler is now not working at all and I’ve been left with no hot water or heating in 1 degrees. I’m so disappointed in this company and now will have to pay a second call out fee to someone else to rectify this.

5* - Great service and very knowledgeable - this was the original post 2 months ago - since this time our boiler is still not working, we have sine found out the our new gas value set was not the correct one and a part is missing, the service is shocking and rude and no offer of recourse - awful strongly recommend you go elsewhere - I would give zero stars if I could!!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Very quick response and detailed breakdown of costs. Two lovely guys sorted electrical and thermostat issues with my boiler and explained all the work and even showed me the old scaled-up elements they replaced. Plus they did the job in less time than anticipated and that saved me money off the original quote. Polite, friendly, no mess and a great experience. And now I have hot water again! Recommended!!

They arrived during their pre-advised time slot (middle, not at the end or after as others often do) and send a text message half hour before arriving. Parish is very knowledgeable, explained everything and discussed possible options for Heatmiser upgrade. While the quote for the actual work is not cheap, I will still appoint them given their expertise and follow through. Can only recommend!

This company was good on phone and then by email. We set a date for a full boiler service and stripout. Someone had to take a morning off work to wait for this company who never arrived and did not respond to 2 emails and a phone message. No one is answering their phone. Very poor service from what seemed like a good start. I'm happy to rectify this review if anyone contacts me, as it stands now, go elsewhere.
