I waited years before I choose Nat and everytime I look I always kept going back to her website and dreaming of getting my extension with her. I first got my hair extensions while traveling in Australia, but I was stressed about coming back home to Wales because I didn’t know anyone who could move them up. That’s when I found Nat, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. She refitted my extensions perfectly, and I’ve been back twice since for maintenance. Her talent is incredible—she made my extensions more comfortable and placed them so much better than when I originally had them done in Australia. Beyond her skills, Nat is just amazing to talk to. I’ve had some great life chats with her and learned more about 'adulting' during our appointments than I ever did in school! Her knowledge is unmatched, and she’s such a lovely, beautiful person. If you’re looking for someone to take care of your hair extensions, Nat is the one!

I can’t say enough how Wonderful Natalie is 🥰 she is so thorough and knows exactly what I want every time. She is so patient and will do whatever it takes to perfect my hair at every appointment. I absolutely love my hair extensions I feel like a different person since having them, so much more confident in myself. What amazes me is that they have caused no damage at all to my natural and has actually improved the condition on my hair as I hardly straighten or wash it at all now, I feel I don’t need to with my bouncy locks 😍 Natalie is a super star! Won’t go anywhere else for extensions!! I always look forward to our appointments 😊

She is very experienced and gives you a thorough consultation before fitting. 5 stars isn’t enough for the experience I have every time I see Nat at Rapunzel. I’ve been having my extensions done here for almost 18 months and I absolutely love them. The hair is the best quality. Nat is a true professional in her field. Plus she’s so friendly - it makes every appointment feel like a catch up with a friend. The prices are so reasonable, and worth every penny because I feel incredible with my lovely long hair!

Been coming to Nat for 8 months now, and I absolutely love her work. I’ve had other extensions in the past but the ones Nat uses (LA weave) are the best. The hair quality is fantastic and the nano ring system is so tight and secure. She’s a lovely person too, and I look forward to our chats & laughs every time! I highly recommend Nat ;)

I have been having my extensions done by Natalie for years and I would never go anywhere else. She has always done an amazing job with my hair and works so hard on it to make it perfect every time! Natalie has always made little tweaks to how my extensions lay in order to make it blend better, plus allow me to tie my hair up for work and she really goes the extra mile and is so thoughtful. She is so knowledgable and experienced and it shines through in her work. Natalie’s room is absolutely stunning too in such a good location and I love that she works from home. My appointments always feel like I’m catching up with a friend, plus get gorgeous hair out of it too! I couldn’t recommend Natalie more and tell everyone who asks about/compliments my hair where I get it done. The absolute best in the business!!

Natalie is absolutely amazing! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. She’s always making sure my natural hair is still good and healthy and it’s really improved since I’ve been seeing her! She’s also such a mother bear, our appointments are 4 hours long and I barely look at my phone, lovely chats ❤️
