My garage foundation sunk around an inch and a half on one corner and the garage floor was also sloping. I was concerned about the garage floor cracking due to voids in the soil under the floor. I obtained three estimates and was surprised to see they were within $100 of each other. So my only consideration on who got the job was trying to figure out whose process was the best. All the bidders were professional, but I felt that my sales rep Craig did the best job explaining the process and pointing out factors that might arise that would prohibit a full lift to the original position. The peering team consisted of two hard working men who knew what they were doing. After they were done they explained that they got some lift in the corner but were limited on recovery as the foundation could crack with additional pressure. I was extremely impressed on how they operated their equipment so close to my siding but never touching it. The backfill was done as best as possible. They put down seed and straw and explained the dirt might settle lower than the original grade in a few months and to call the office and they would bring more dirt if needed. I was extremely happy with their work and courtesy. A few days later another team came to polly fill my garage floor. The left side of the garage floor was level but required a lot of poly to fill the voids. The right side floor that had sunk took a very large amount of poly. The tech doing the job was very professional and kept me posted on progress. While the floor did not recover 100% to its original position the ground under the slab is compacted against the floor and I no longer need to worry about the floor cracking or additional sinking. I hope I never need foundation repair again, but if a situation arrises in the future I would not hesitate to call Ram Jack to remedy a problem.

The technician whose name is Louis performed the work on my foundation wall. He was very pleasant and professional and did an excellent job on the cracks and left everything spotless when he was finished.

I felt that Ram Jack offered good service at a fair price. Troy put together a good repair plan and the field team worked diligently to complete the project as quickly as possible. The crew went out of their way to make the whole experience as painless as possible. The repairs to our foundation were substantial and as a result there was quite a bit of dust, but we had been forewarned and were able to put together a plan to mitigate the situation and minimize the impact. I would recommend Ram Jack based on our experience and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you.

When RamJack came to install two helical piers in our basement to correct some failed joists, they pointed out that there was far too much water under the basement floor--water that should not have been there based on their observation of a basement drainage system (with sump pump) that had been installed two years ago by the previous owner. The RJ supervisor sent a detailed email with photos that we forwarded to the company that had done the previous installation. The information was just what was needed for their technician to see what was wrong and then correct it.

Lou did a great job. He was great to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. He kept me updated on timing and progress.

On behalf of my mother, I left a negative review on google with the hopes of getting the company to act but now I do not see it so I am posting again. To summarize, they formally quoted a service to correct a sinking structural support. When the day came to execute the work, the workers on site said it would cost double and left. They never provided a revised quote to fix. They charged my mother $1200 for showing up and did not use any of their heavy equipment. The used a hand shovel to dig around the support which should have been done during the quoting process. After the review, they responded with a lot of words and little action. The rep called my mother and said he could not believe they charged $1200 and would follow-up with the team for a refund. Again, it has been two more weeks and no further communication from them. I do have to note an additional $900 was charged to fix the front sidewalk which is fine although it was not the primary objective of soliciting their service. Third piece is they tore up the lawn in several spots driving on and off the driveway; not at the job site but halfway up the driveway. Not a major deal although it was quite obvious and they did not mention it the day of "service."

I had an amazing experience recently working with Ram Jack Foundation Repair and Waterproofing. My wife and I are closing on a new home and on the last day of our inspection period, we were recommended by our contractor to have the foundation inspected based on the photos of the inspection. At the final hour, Craig from Ram Jack fit us into his schedule and gave us a thorough report of his findings. He explained everything back to us in great detail and made sure all of our questions were addressed before he hung up the phone. Craig and Ram Jack truly care about their customers and it shows in how they do business. While I hope it's a long time before we need to address any foundation issues, when we do Ram Jack will be our first call. Truly an amazing, customer service-centric company to work with. I cannot recommend them enough!

I cannot recommend Ram Jack of St. Louis enough. Luke Randall was fantastic from start to finish. We bought a new home, which ended up having significant foundation issues. Our foundation is a slab that required 10 piers to lift the entire front of our home. We had quotes from all the major foundation companies and Ram Jack our bid their quotes by 15-20k. Not only did they outbid their quotes, ram jack had a professional engineer that helped explain the entire process and made us feel at ease. This was so helpful after having so many opinions and worries presented to us. We were told the job would be done in May, but they actually got out there 8 weeks early!! I understand this can’t happen on all jobs, but it was a huge plus! Luke made sure my husband and I were satisfied with the job and could not have been a nicer, more kind person. I can’t tell you how much ease this brought us after a very tiring and tough process with our foundation. We can now start our renovations to move in to our new home! Really a pleasure working with Craig, Calder and Steve. Not only a knowledgeable team as far as lifting my sagging kitchen joists, but also problem-solved a second issue with a load bearing wall set in dirt.
