As soon as I got in the treatment was excellent, super charming personel and they answer all my questions regarding my encoming trip, what notes will be accepted outside australia. They literally saved my trip since some of my notes were old for other countries but accepted in australia. Also, the exchange rates among the nearby exchange venues were greatly surpassed by Raffles. I'll come back every time no doubts!

Best rate first time with no haggling. We went to every other currency exchange in the CBD but Raffles won by a good margin

Not sure if it’s the usual case (maybe it is), didn’t exchange small Vietnamese Dong notes because they were too small, which I guess I fair. But customer service was excellent.
