quick to respond to my questions and resolve my HVAC issues. They always work professionally and efficiently. They've installed units in my rentals and helped maintain or repair as needed.

Jacob and Nathan were very professional and respectful of our time and needs. They came out after an electrician turned off our a/c unit 2 days in a row in 100 plus degree heat. They showed up after hours and got the a/c back on and saved us from the heat. Big thanks fellas.

The AC workers that come into your home to do the work are EXTREMELY kind, respectful & very well manored!! I want to give a special shot out to Jacob who came & worked on our AC but who also went completely out of his way twice & 2 days in a row to come back to our place & fix another companies error!! When he didn't have to become it wasn't his fault or responsible!!!! He still came & turned the compresser back on after an employee from another company left it off after fixing a wiring issue. 3 year old has lung issues & can't get to hot. It has been in 99-101° the last 2 days. So I am VERY GRATEFUL FOR JACOB!!!!! That he went out of his way to come help us!!!!

I want to thank Jim for taking care of us! My son in law is on home dialysis and our AC has been down for 6 days while we have been being jerked around by another company. It was more than just a comfort issue. It was literally putting my son in laws heath in danger as well as the fact we have medical supplies that could be compromised. I called Jim and explained our situation and he had Jacob here within an hour! We are forever grateful and will always recommend this company ❤️❤️❤️

Jim was personally recommended and we're grateful for it. We were in trouble on a holiday weekend last fall and the temps were cold. My call was returned by Jim within minutes. Nathan was there within a couple hours despite their loaded schedule. The heater was 25 years old and done. Jacob, Nathan and crew were on top of it immediately. They had space heaters going and a replacement heater in place within 48hrs. The price was very competitive and was all inclusive. No requests for add-ons later. The work was professional and top notch and they were very respectful of our home. When spring came this year we decided to update the AC unit as well. We didn't hesitate to call Pleasant Creek again. It was the same great experience. I highly recommend Pleasant Creek!

Crews were not put vent covers of two missing. There is no water heater almost a week tomorrow. We have been left message yesterday and today, still no response us. I took pictures of inside and outside, if don't hear from them within 24 hours from today then will slap them for BBB to file against them. We are seniors.

I called at 10:30 PM on a Saturday night with a leaky air conditioner. He was onsite first thing Sunday morning. Quick, efficient, friendly and inexpensive. I would recommend this company.

Ameritrue installed a new heating and air conditioning system for us. Unfortunately, an old problem with our old system was still causing the new system to periodically shut down the heat and air conditioning. Although, this was not a problem they caused they came back three times to check out the thermostat, circuit boards and other possibilities. They stayed with us until the problem was found and corrected. It turned out to be a defective breaker. They replaced it and the system has worked ever since. Jim said he had never seen that problem in his 30+ years of experience. The went the extra mile for us and we appreciate it very much.

I can't give them a higher review! We had someone come look at our AC for our house as we are going to be moving soon. That technician while inspecting the unit pulled out the wire to the compressor. (Not sure if it was accidental or intentional) but they came back to me and told me the compressor was shot and I would have to replace our entire HVAC system. 1 week before we are set to move!! After giving Ameritrue a call he was able to come to my house within 2 hours of calling and immediately identified the problem and fixed it. Everything was returned to normal and our AC is running perfectly. We are all set to move now and we don't have to fork over 10K to fix the HVAC system.

Outstanding services and very respectful of home. These guys were right on time and they were quick to find the problem. I will totally have them back for season preps and maintenance check ups... found my winner. Thanks for being awesome.

They came and actually DIAGNOSED our problem (as opposed to just offering a complete and ridiculously expensive overhaul of our whole system, which 2 other companies did) and did a quick fix then so we weren't stranded without AC for a month. Then they came and rebuilt a whole duct to be way more functional. They did a great job and even let my 3-year-old "assist" with a flashlight. They left things clean and were very respectful and unobtrusive. We loved their service!

I had an AC unit installed 2 years ago by Ameritrue. Since then we have had several issues. We have called them out for services several times. Jim has been the one I have dealt with every time. Each time I have been home alone. I ask a lot of questions because I know nothing about AC units. Jim has gotten very impatient with me. He has told me several times that there is nothing wrong with the AC unit and it is all my fault for running the ac with it being under 75 degrees outside, and having it set to 69 degrees on the thermostat. This year the ac wasn't working the first time we turned it on for the hot season. I called and asked for a service check. they told me he would be there between 3 and 5. I explained to them I needed to get my daughter from preschool a little before 3 and I would be home by 3:15. I asked if I could get a 30-minute heads up just in case. I had left the house at 2. I received a call from Jim saying he was at my house and asking why I was not home. I told him my son was having a meltdown and so we left early to go get my daughter so I could be back by 3. I told him I would hurry back and be there soon. when I got back 16 minutes later (ring doorbell proof) he was gone. He was there for a total of 12 minutes. (again ring doorbell proof) I waited until 5 to call him back to see if he was coming back to service my ac. he got immediately annoyed and says "you told me you would be right back and I waited and waited and waited and waited. you never came back so I gave up on you and left." I explained I hurried as fast as I could. he snaps back and says well it's obviously not getting serviced tonight. My receptionist will just take care of it tomorrow. and hangs up. I never received another call. so I called my friend who is HVAC certified. his company came out and looked at it for me and there are several issues with my ac unit. the refrigerant is completely out from leaking cause the connection was not installed correctly. the AC itself was not installed correctly. and the ac unit is way too small for my house sq footage. we have called them out because the refrigerant was out again and they said they will come "refill" it. Not know any better I believed them. Then to find out Refilling is not actually what needs to be done and that it should never need to be "refilled". Ameritrue truly screwed us and refuses to admit fault and blames me. I feel as though I have been scammed and taken advantage of since I did not know any better. I have never been one to complain about companies but I do not appreciate the way I was treated and seeing how poorly everything was installed and serviced each time they came out. As a business, they should never treat people like they did. I am truly disappointed in everything about Ameritrue.

These guys have saved us twice now. Once when our heat wasn’t working and the other when our AC wasn’t working. They are always so responsive and can get to us within a few hours. When our heat wasn’t working, he found the problem quickly and got us a replacement part that same day. When our AC issue was just a flipped breaker, he didn’t even charge us the normal drop in fee. So amazing, efficient, and honest. These guys have our business for life.

Jacob came and did a tune up on my furnace. Super nice guy showed up between the hours that they told me he was going to be there. Did the tune up and identified that my capacitor was showing extreme signs of ware. He showed me and explained what could happen if it was not replaced. He gave me a fair price and he replaced it for me in the same visit. Thanks Jacob for the great service
