We were able to come in and make our choices with great pointers and suggestions along the way. We even were able to see samples in the fairly quickly. Very poor selection of grab-and-go flower bouquets. They had tiny bunches of tulips and a sad, threadbare arrangement of autumn colored plants. Roses did not look very nice. Options that I would frankly be embarrassed to present to someone. Disappointing because I called in advance to ask if they had bouquets in store and was assured they did.

I totally recommend Q florist 100%! I placed my order online and it was delivered the same day, right on time, and the flowers were beautiful and fresh. One item was missing from my order, but they quickly provided a solution that exceeded my expectations. No doubt about it, I will definitely buy from them again.

Unfortunately, I can't leave a positive review - after payment and confirmation of the store, the flowers were not delivered, after sending 2 e-mails - they were not delivered!! It was necessary to come to the store so that they would send the order. But, they sent a different bouquet, and not the one that was ordered. I doubt that I can recommend this service.((p.s. the money was returned a week later)

I have been getting Flowers from Q Florist for over 25 years, on the upper West Side They are the best quality flowers which lasts a long time . Their arrangements for a special occasion are just lovely. & Their service is  A1 Don’t waste your time buying anywhere else,  You will not be Disappointed. Their potted plants last for years, especially the snake plants.

They made the center pieces for our wedding. It was very expensive. The flowers were not fresh (died three days after), and looked much cheaper than what we paid for. I wish we used a different florist on the UWS.

Friendly and gorgeous work! I finally had an excuse to go in here after living across the street for years--my friend was having her broadway showcase and we wanted to get her something BIG. I gave them my budget ($200) and said "dealer's choice just make it something you can see from the balcony", and the next day I picked up a beautiful, colorful bouquet including garden roses that barely fit through a door. Last night was her show and the flowers were a huge hit. I'll definitely use them next time I want flowers. Also, the whole neighborhood loves the bears so thanks guys!

Great experience at this flower shop today. When I entered the shop, I pointed at the bouquet the florist was putting together — I told him I was on a budget and he chuckled because the one he was making was over a hundred dollars. (Today is Valentine’s Day) I told him I could only do half and he said he could still make it as beautiful because creating these bouquets come from the heart. I watched him as he happily picked each and every piece. With a kind and happy smile, he passed it to me and told me that you can’t create a bouquet without feeling passionate about it. It really made my day to interact with him and talk about his passion. “30 years of doing this” he told me. “What’s your name?” “Norby…” he replied. The next time you go to this shop you now know who to ask for. Thanks Norby!

Five stars! I had a great experience using Q Florist. Constantine was very professional and provided awesome customer service. I had several small changes, and he was very accommodating. Highly recommend these guys. My lady was quite happy!
