Lovely Panaget herringbone wooden floor job completed by fitter

Absolutely thrilled with my new floor - It’s transformed my ‘new’ house. I was really impressed by the time Mike took to understand my requirements- and his approach to keeping to my skinny budget! We proceeded with Quickstep laminate but he suggested vinyl for areas like under the stair cupboard to keep the cost down. I really appreciated them fitting around my awkward hours of availability and sorting issues as they arose (including a legacy leak in the loo by taking up old cork they found under the floor then re sealing the loo. It felt above and beyond).. Thank you Mike and team for helping to make the move in so much less stressful and for the tidy work! Brilliant job QC flooring!

I would like to praise the quality of the flooring Amtico and the performance of the 2 fitters Dave and his colleague. We appreciated their quality of their work and their professionalism to share their experience and give advice to maintain the quality of the floor. They were very nice and efficient to finish their work in 2 days only that was ahead of the schedule. Also, Derek is knowledgeable and enthusiastic to explain and recommend different product features so that we can make the correct decision. We have no hesitation to recommend QC Flooring to our friends in future.

QC Flooring were brilliant during our initial enquiry. We respected their wealth of knowledge and willingness to discuss various options with us. They were pricier than others but we wanted to go with a local business. However the after care has been terrible. It’s been near impossible to get a hold of them as calls are rarely picked up and I get an email once a month at best. After fitting was complete we noticed quite a few gaps and the floor panels aren’t level in some places. QC flooring use a 3rd party fitter. I was really disappointed that Mark from QC Flooring didn’t bother to check how the installation went afterwards and it’s been difficult to get hold of them since. We decided to ignore these snags despite not feeling like they’re up to the standards QC flooring represent. We had new flooring in September and the wrong door bars were used. We’re still waiting for the correct ones. Two of the panels have cracked since installation. It looks like they were improperly installed. I sent an email 14th Nov and received a response 2nd Dec asking if we have spares. I’m still waiting for another response. After spending thousands on new flooring, noticing various snags and having planks split, the last thing I want to do is keep chasing them. Unfortunately, until this is resolved asap, we won’t be recommending them again

We bought the LVT for our kitchen floor from QC. Derek & Mike were extremely knowledgeable about the various products and helped to make the decision much easier. I have no hesitation in recommending them and we will be visiting again soon to sort our hallway and landing.

Fantastic service so pleased with the floor from sales to fitting was great slight delay on the floor but to be expected in the current climate many thanks Mike and Andy the fitter we are very pleased. Great all round service. Many Thanks Sam

A week ago we had our laminated flooring replaced in our lounge, hall and cloakroom. Tony did a fantastic job and we are very pleased with our new flooring and the finish, thank you.

Excellent advise and the lovely guys who fitted the carpet even used some of the offcuts to carpet my cupboards. Professional, on time and worked hard. I would definitely use this company again. well done.

Fantastic service and great quality work. Highly recommend them and would always use them in the future. We urgently needed to replace the carpet in a place we have recently purchased for it to be suitable for tenants to move in. QC were fantastic, able to attend immediately with an on-site check whilst bringing samples then managed to procure and install all the carpet and lino within a week.
