We enjoyed the ATV ride even more than we expected—I highly recommend it to make your trip truly memorable! Here's how the day went: We were picked up from the Karon office around 12:30 pm, then driven by van to the reception area (about 40 minutes). Toilet, drink, and snack shop were available there. As a group of just 2 people, it was easy to follow the ATV guide's hand signals for slowing down, right turns, and left turns—a small group made it even better. They provided free icy cold water (about 200ml) during and at the end of the ride. Our guide was friendly and very professional, so everything ran smoothly and created a memorable experience for us.
Highly recommended! My son and I booked a jet ski tour via Qbic. Qbic went above and beyond ito ensure we were happy and satisfied. It was the best experience. Friendly, communicative and honest. Thanks so much guys!
We booked it because of the great reviews. We left 3 hours later then itinerary, where rushed trough all main sightseeing spots to catch up on lost time. Not worth it. Its a pity that the feedback is not being checked out properly as we left at 10.45 and after 15 minutes had to return to because an injured person on the boat.
Thanks for the review, we like feed back good or bad, im sorry you didnt enjoy the day, but come on, touch of an exaggeration there 😀 if the boat was 3 hours late it would not have set off, would of been pointless. I checked your booking and I know the driver had issues finding you. Pick up was 7.45am they found you at 8.10. Appologies for that but traffic can be a nightmare peak season. But the boats leave every day between 9.30 and 10.00 like clockwork, if they left 3 hours late that would be 13.00, would never happen. Maybe your going from pick up time we state on the web site 7.00am that means the first pick up. Between 7.00 and 8.45am the drivers pick up at hotel depending on hotel location and which tour you chose. Between 8.30 and 9.15 everyone should be at launch 9.30 to 10.00 boats leave. February is very busy in Phi Phi so the tour may feel a bit rushed to try beat the crowds.
Disappointing experience
Pretty disappointing overall. The tour promised 4 hours of jet ski time, but we got nowhere near that. Most of the day was spent stopping for photos — and not quick snaps either. At every island the guides insisted on taking dozens of pictures, which ate up a huge chunk of the riding time we actually paid for.
My jet ski was slow compared to others. I think something was wrong with it as it only reached top speeds of 59 km/h while the other riders were flying past me doing well over 70 km/h.
We were only able to walk on three islands, and even then the stops felt rushed… except for the last one, which dragged on for an hour and a half with nothing to do. By the end it felt more like a staged photo package than a jet ski adventure.
If you’re looking for long, uninterrupted riding time, this isn’t it.

I was on a Jet Ski Tour today, organized and booked with Qbic Travel and operated by RS Jetski. The booking was easy and uncomplicated, even a booking for the next day was easily accomplished. The pickup and transport was punctual and precise. Preparation for the tour and the possibility to stock up if you are missing equipment for a fair price or just rent it was given at the venue. The tour itself was a blast with plenty of time in the water and great guides, which were professional, aware and sensitive throughout the tour. The stops were interesting, but the focus for us was the time on the water - maybe that's why the last stop felt a little bit too long, but that is probably subjective. Would do it again!

Auf der Tour kann man in kurzer Zeit viele sehr schöne Orte sehen! Es muss einem aber bewusst sein, es ist kein kleines Speedboot sondern es passen 45 Leute + Crew drauf. Anfang Januar waren die besuchten Ziele sehr voll und das ganze ist schon sehr auf Massentourismus ausgelegt auch wenn es deutlich an Organisation fehlt! (Frühstücke gebucht, ja oder nein - Essen einfach alle / benutzbares WC erst nach 5h Fahrt um 2 p.m. beim Mittgessen / Insel wird angefahren auch wenn Schnorcheln kaum möglich aufgrund Witterung, umplanung sinnvoll? / etc.)

The tour you picked was James Bond with Seastar, one of the biggest operators on the island, they have a big number of boats and take thousands daily to all the main tourist areas 6 different places have over 150k followers in fb and majority of reviews they score around 4.6 to 5. So to say are unorganised I think is maybe unfair. It may seem unorganised December to March is the busiest time of the year and a lot of people are on the tours and yes its all about tourism thats what we do. Breakfast isn't booked they have a free buffet on, usually a good amount of food when ive been there, sorry you didn't manage to get any. Toilets are on every boat at least 1 some of the bigger boats have 2. Snorkeling sorry you wasn't able to do any, where the tour operates the water can get murky but there is not really any other option because of the route of the tour.

After that, we switched to a new guide (the original was fine too), and the rest of the tour improved dramatically.Once underway, it was an excellent time! We visited several beautiful islands, stopping at the third for a fantastic lunch with drinks that far exceeded my low expectations after the rocky start. The 2-hour delay actually worked in our favor: we hit the water during sunset on islands six and seven, witnessing a breathtaking sunset, followed by a stunning full moon rising around 7 PM as we headed back. Hey Dainna thanks for the review bit upset you didn't mention me helping you plan your shopping on the way up 😉 and answering all your questions, so not sure why we were lacking on the comms dept.The family of 8 were in fact a group of freinds from Australia not a family.They were picked up at 11.30 and im being told you were on the water for around 14.00pm which is in fact late. There normally on the water for around 13.30.pmThe reason I told you be there 12.45pm and I know its cheeky of me, but the amount of times we tell people to arrive at a certain time and there late, which has a knock on effect for everyone who is there. So I now tell people to turn up 30 mins before they should, to cover it and even that doesn't work. Today for example 12.45 please, he turned up at 13.30pm apparently got stopped by the police.The reason you were late on the water was not about picking people up or not enough jets, the morning tour was late back. The tour runs twice a day. 95 percent of the time like clock work. However on the day you were on the tour, a small group were not listening to the guides messing about didn't want come back. Hence afternoon tour was delayed. So anyone reading this review, if you book a tour please have a thought for other guests. If your driving yourself please be on time, if your getting picked up, please be ready in the lobby on time. Every morning I get messages from drivers can't find guests. There still eating breakfast or just nipped 7 11 or just checking out. Not a care in the world they dont realise them making the driver 10, 15, 30 minutes late has a massive knock on effect on the tour, you times it by 5 pick ups can put serious delays on tours starting and the reason we get people early to account for anyone not ready. But the most important thing please have respect for the guides and listen to them. They work very hard and unruly guests are a nightmare for them and then we has company get called unorganised for things not running on time, when its things happening in the back ground out of our control. Im glad you enjoyed the tour once it got underway, when everything goes smooth its a great tour, but alas we have people from all over the world, majority are fantastic but not all are punctual and some, not many have total disrespect for the guides and make there job difficult.

Everything was very good.We moved on pleasant speed, no unnecessary restrictions or constraints. Jets are quite fast (up to 80 km/h) and in average condition. We stoped several times, but it is just enough to have a rest.Local food lunch was a bit risky for stomach (place a bit dirty and they probably reuse straws)Overall if review only jet ski itself + photos 5 stars deserved. -1 star for lunch
Brilliant honest review very much appreciated i like when people say it as it is, thank you. I get you about the resturant on this tour, its a little old shack on a beach, proper thai style, ive eaten many times, never an issue and honestly they dont reuse the straws:) its a pretty authentic thai restaurant no bells and whistles with a great view and expensive beer. Food and soft drink included in the tour. i think adds a bit of charm to the experience, but thanks for the feedback we will have a look if we can find a better restaurant for the future.

Majdoline I'm so very sorry, i have no excuse for this at all, Nita who took your booking, put it on after she shut the office and didn't check the status, the tour was already full, she didn't realize until the next morning. By then it was too late, obviously we offered a different date, but unfortunately you couldnt go so refund was the only option. She was devasted when she told me, its very rare we make a mistake but when we do its a big one like this. I know a sorry is not good enough Similan is such a special place, is really a great tour and we totally messed up. I know you will be back to Thailand one day every one comes back. When you do come back, send us a message, i will personally pay for a tour to Similan for you as an apology. Im going to pin this review on Nitas desk as a reminder to double check bookings. Absolutely no excuse to mess up like this.
