I had a great experience with Pure Home Comfort recently when one of our Air Conditioning units used to cool the first floor stopped working. In 95 degrees heat this week, one of our AC stopped working and we were sitting in the family room sweating that Sunday evening. I called Sal on Monday morning. He answered the phone and said to stop by later in the day. He came up the same afternoon as promised. He was quick in finding the problem and then fixing it. He also explained everything every well to me so I understood the problem. I have used Pure Home Comfort in the past as well and would highly recommend them to others. They are very professional and fast in taking care of HVAC issues.

Our Heater stopped working in the dead of winter, 6 degrees outside (very rare weather for PA). We called Sal and he came right out. With some work, he got us up and running again. We humans and our animals are so glad to have heat!! Great service Sal, thank you so much!!!

He actually took the time to explain some troubleshooting methods with me, and I ended up fixing it myself. Great Service and Experience! Nothing more dreadful then needing to call for AC repairs during the peak of Summer. The Pure Comfort team were quick to call me back, friendly and were very flexible with accommodating my schedule. Sal came out same day!!! Thankfully!! ..and folks...this was near end of day Friday, so I am even more appreciative we did not have to go the whole weekend without AC. Sal arrived at the time his team said he would. Sal is really nice, he was very good at explaining what the potential issues could be, the checks he was going to perform and even explained what he was looking for while performing them. He was able to complete the repairs same day and I did not feel like I was being overcharged whatsoever. I will definitely be calling Pure Comfort again. Hopefully, not for an emergency, but for routine maintenance. And if you were not aware, they also take care of plumbing needs! I'll be using them for those services too! My dad met sal and told him about my heating and ac unit issues. He was so fair, honest and most importantly impressed my father who isn’t easily impressed. He did a great job, quick, and was looking out for your best interest. Ty Sal Jr… we haven’t met, but my “mr handyman” of a dad and I are so thankful for a job well done!

Wish i never called this fraud for installing a mini split which was an easy job for most mechanics. This idiot tried putting up an almond color line set cover right next to my WHITE colored cover! I thought he might of been color blind. But then i saw his helper and no way they were both color blind! Then he lazily installed a generic condensate pump instead of running a natural drain line through the exterior wall. I know that would of taken him a little more time, but do the job right! He must of ran out of indoor line set cover too. He said he'd be back to replace and never returned! So in my bedroom you could see the pipes and wires attached to the mini split, there was no cover! STAY AWAY! No doubt these reviews are fake!

Sal was wonderful! He fit me in quickly for just a check of my HVAC system. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! Will definitely be using in the future!

Sal fixed an issue we were having with our hot water heater. He was on time, friendly, and left the space clean. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing repairs.

Called Sal for a clogged toilet. Had it unclogged within 2 minutes. I have used Sal many times and will not hesitate to call him again. He is top notch.

I would highly recommend Pure Home Comfort for all of your needs. They came out quickly to fix the dishwasher water line so a new dishwasher could be installed. They were on time, professional, did amazing work, and extremely knowledgeable. They were able to explain everything in a way that anyone could understand.

Above and beyond service! Sal came to service our very dirty oil furnace, and not only did he do a very thorough job he also explained quite a bit to me about our system. He was patient, extremely thorough, even labeling some parts of the system for us so we can easily identify what's what. Best decision I've made in a long time! Better call Sal, you won't regret it.

My water pressure valve had a small leak. After having it tightened, it was still wrapping. I was able to text Sal and schedule an appointment within the same week. He asked me questions and provided thorough explanations. He came highly recommended by many people in my community and I understand why. Contacting Pure Home Comfort was the best decision I could have made.

Yesterday our carbonmonoxide alarm was going off. After the fire and rescue squad left, we called several heater techs, none of them even called us back. Pure Home Comfort, Sal, came out today. He fixed the problem and offered good advice. We'll be able to sleep tonight, without worrying! Thank you Sal.
