I am in love with my dachshund, Darla. She’s adorable. However, she has been sick & on antibiotics for 1 thing after the next, since I got her, in mid April. Also, she was advertised as a mini dachshund & she has surpassed the mini’s weight class, at 9 weeks old - she is absolutely a standard (which I’m honestly happy about but puppyspot absolutely false advertised). Makes me wonder where they got the pictures of puppies “parents” they posted … also just breaks my heart that my girl has been sick with SOMETHING for about 6 weeks. On top of that, my puppy was more than double what the rate goes for. Darla is my first full bred puppy, and I should’ve absolutely looked longer. I love my Darla Rue, praying she’s on the mend once and for all, and no more health issues

6 years ago we got our beautiful pekingese Panda from your company PuppySpot. Unfortunately, When Panda turned 3 years old, She developed bladder stones and had to get $2,000 surgery for her to live.

This website does not vet their breeders. My dog is 7 years old and developed 2 types of cancer that multiple veterinarian specialists have said is highly abnormal and occurs because of genetics. I hope people stop buying animals from them.

People were nice. I was told he was potty trained but that is ok but said he goes on pee pads but he doesn't. I need to find someone to help me with this.

The process was seamless, including scheduling the delivery. We were kept up to date regularly so there were no surprises. Two things reduced this to four stars, when it could have been five. I already have pet insurance and though I verbally shared that with a contact center rep, I still received several emails and calls from a different insurer and it was annoying and unnecessary. It also would have been nice to have additional basic information about our new puppy. What kind of training treats he likes, how far along with potty training, whether vaccinations were given by a vet or the breeder. Things that would be helpful to know once he arrived.

Working with PuppySpot was a great experience, the consultants were very helpful in answering all our questions. In my initial review, I expressed some concerns in regards to the breeder. Within hours of posting my review, I received a call from PuppySpot inquiring about my concerns. I cannot tell you how surprised I was to recieve any type of communication. After explaining my concerns, PuppySpot explained the breeder's methods which coincided with the behaviors we were seeing. Now that we have more information we can adapt the puppy's training accordingly. I highly recommend PuppySpot and will use them again in the future.

So far our experience has been terrible. The delivery times offered were extremely inconvenient. I.e., 5 hours away or in the middle of the night. When the dog arrived, he was covered in urine and feces. I immediately bathed him, and then within 10 minutes he started non-stop bloody diarrhea that has continued for 2 days. We've been to 2 different vets, trying to get this under control. It's still unclear what is wrong with the puppy.
