Stay away from this company. Ordered shoes on 22nd october for dispatch on 24th, 1 week later there telling me there shipment of stock is still delayed. If that was my business I would be looking for a new shipping partner. And they dont even know themself when it will arrive. The customer service are like robots and dont give you any heads up just leave you in the dark until you have to chase them, or else they just try scam you out of your hard earned money. No phone number available to contact them, sounds a bit dodgy to me. I gave them the benefot of the doubt and said if they express the package to me I will accept it but no they would rather cancel my order.

I ordered a pair of heels and immediately after trying them on I didn't like how they looked so I went to initiate a refund cause I'm not gonna keep a shoe that i'm not gonna wear... they charge 30 dollars to ship back!! I spend 40 on the shoe so i'm loosing 10 dollars to give them back. WTF!! I've never heard of a business charging a return fee. That is outrageous. Such a scam. You loose money either way. Better off trying to resell them second hand to try to recoup some of my money back. Don't waste your money.

Why tf is a return label $30? That's like half of what the item cost. Additionally, the reason for my return is that the quality was giving shein $15 dress rather than a $60 dress. What a scam!!! Never buying from them again and I would suggest saving your money and using it at another site tbh.

I placed an order for my child’s birthday. I never received the order when I reached out I was reassured matter would be resolved in 72 hours a whole week went by and nothing. The person only emails in the late hours in the middle of the night. Horrible customer service. As a first time customer this is a night mare. It seems I’ve been SCAMMED.

I don’t know how this isn’t illegal, but I received this card inside my brand new pair of shoes which reads “ Due to the delicate nature of the diamante crystals, please take extra care when wearing and handling these shoes. No return liability can be accepted if any of the stones are lost”. Unfortunately there were also multiple rhinestones that were already loose and a strange brown liquid on the soles of the shoes before I could even try them on. This policy is not listed anywhere on the listing for the shoes otherwise I would never have bought them. I also submitted a review on their website with the photo of the card attached, but the review was never published.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! THEIR SIZES ARE COMPLETELY WRONG The shoe box says one size the website another and they are unwilling to correct the issue. they don't offer exchanges and they charge you shipping cost to return the item. Ive asked for a resolution of the mistake they made but it has been a tiering and extensive process multiple emails but the issue has till not been resolved.

I tried to change my order within 4 minutes of ordering. No one responded to email until the next day where I was informed that my product had already been shipped and there’s nothing they can do. They told me I would have to pay to ship it back. I also asked to speak to someone over the phone and I was told that they do not offer phone support. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend shopping here.

Missing Shoes-Left On Non Existent Porch/Insulting Refund Offer This is my first time ordering shoes in years from PD and they are missing or better yet, I never received them. I am more than annoyed with them. I ordered the shoes on Nov 29 and today is Dec. 13 and no shoes. They had the audacity to tell me through an automated response to look around to see if they are misplaced but that's impossible because I have a personal box at UPS, so someone has to sign for them. It is not safe to leave packages where I live because people walk on porches and take boxes. My Christmas Ball is this Friday and that is why I ordered them in enough time on November 29th, 2023 to match my dress and now all I want is my darn money back. Lastly, before they get on here and lie, no one spoke to me and all I got was an automated response. I have wrote them twice on Tuesday. I do not have any other shoes that will replace them because my dress is quite long and the color that I purchased from PD is an exact match. The bottom line is I do not have my shoes and they are non responsive. I will never order from them again and I want a full refund. Its $50.00 wasted and I cannot even find a new pair before Friday for the ball. Now they have admitted that they left them on the porch according to the manifest they sent me. I do not have a porch at all. Neither does the UPS store does not have a porch which means they probably got stolen. The courier was supposed to go in and let someone sign for them, not leave them outside, expecting they would be safe. You must go inside and let someone sign for a package. This is a nightmare because I am out of $50.00 and I do not have my shoes, today is Wednesday. Never mind the fact that I have given you all that same information 3 times. I have contacted Sarah through their website email and Instagram. Now to add insult to injury and running the same script to me all over again, Ali said this to me this morning: We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delay in delivery. As a gesture of apology, we would like to offer you a 50% refund on the shipping cost. Please let us know if you would like to receive this refund. I want all of my money back and your offer is unacceptable. You want to give me $5.00 back when the shipping was 9.95? No thank you Ali or Sarah. I paid a full $50.00 and I want my entire refund for that amount. I do not have my shoes and neither UPS nor USPS even accepts your tracking numbers. You left them on a porch that does not exist. Keep your insulting gesture and give me back my entire $50.00. The apology is insincere and what do I look like accepting $5.00 when I paid $50.00 for a pair of shoes that I do not have? There are no neighbors or anyone that put the package to the side. My shoes are gone because I never received them. I have sent screenshots to you on Instagram and by email showing you what the store looks like and there is no porch or neighbors that could have taken the package and put it to the side. Now I have emailed you for the fifth time at your customer service email and you are still saying the same thing. This will make the fifth time that I have provided you, Sarah, with the same information with the order number, my email address and a screen shot of the the actual location proving that my shoes were not delivered. UPDATE: Now Marie has written me today and asked me to give them 72hours. Why, the ball is Friday and I still do not have my shoes. New Update: Ali did offer me a full refund but once again they are playing games. I was fully transparent that I filed a dispute because I never received my shoes. However, once Ali said they plan to refund my money, I canceled the dispute. I have sent Ali proof of the dispute being cancelled twice and Chime verified it this morning. Yet, Ali insists it still outstanding, which Chime said is not true and they are just stalling to give my money back. hank you for your patience. This is what Ali said: Please note, the dispute has not been closed yet and the decision will be made by the bank on 24th January. Once the dispute has been closed we will be able to refund your order. Please contact your bank for further assistance. Kind regards, Ali I am not waiting until January 24th to get my money back. UPDATE- Jan 2: The bank has informed me that Public Desire is refusing to give me back my money but they acknowledge in the letter that I sent them that they admitted they knew that I never received my shoes and they owe me the $50.45 back. They are claiming that they refuse to do the chargeback. Do not believe anything that they say because they not ethical at all. I do not have my shoes and now I do not have my money either. Do not do any business with them at all and do not believe them. There are now over 20 emails with Public Desire and they refuse to give me money back.

Ommgggg I have had the most horrible and painful experience with Public desire!!!!!!!!!!!!! I sent back 3 shoes I had ordered from them as the sizes came in too small, I had to pay for the returns .. They refunded me money for just one item and have refused to send me the money for the other 2 items .. I have sent messages and emails, they requested for proof of the shoes, which I sent to them , yet they have refused to refund me back my 40 pounds … it’s soo sad how they treat customers! I definitely do not recommend them else you want to be frustrated just like me !!!!

I’d give ZERO STARS! Total false advertising. They do not sell “ quality footwear”. You can smell the glue when you open up the box. And what’s worse if you want to return anything you have to pay for shipping from the US to the UK. Horrible company.

I had bad experience with public desire . The shoes cost $29.99 but it is very bad design and very painful when you try it. I want to return but they charge $30.00 for shipping so equally to i pay $30 to get $29.99. I never ever buy anything from company like that
