I’m so glad I decided to start my PT journey with Glenn. Doing something so arduous was unthinkable for me before—but with these gains to confidence, mood and energy, I can’t go back! After thorough research and trialling various PTs in London, it was clear to me that Glenn offered the best value considering pricing and his dedication and skill in helping you achieve progress. Within months, my body fat has dropped by ~40% and my deadlift/bench/free-carry weights have more than doubled. He’s systematic and conscientious in designing programs in accordance with his deep anatomical understanding and through diligently tracking your numbers. He’s also honest and committed to helping you be your best, going agive and beyond (e.g. by offering more supervision when overseas or after sessions—even when he doesn’t have to). He encourages you to hit high standards but is never too over-bearing, perfectly balancing progress with sustainability by understanding your lifestyle (e.g. work/diet/social) needs. I highly recommend Glenn to anyone looking to make a change and improve their well-being! You can do it!

I’ve been training with Glenn to address a back problem. He’s been absolutely incredible in continually assessing and tailoring our sessions and my at home exercises. I’ve had a lot of PT’s and Glenn stands out because he doesn’t just do training sessions, he really cares about helping you achieve your goals.

Glenn is an exceptional personal trainer. Having never been a gym person, I’ve been training with Glenn for the past 18 months and the experience has been one of the best decisions I have made. My body fat has dropped from 20% to 14%. My bench pressing weight has gone up 50% and I’ve gone from not being able to do a single pull up to doing 10+. Glenn is very calm, encouraging and extremely knowledgable. From building exercise routines that work to your lifestyle (and that you can actually stick to) to his in depth understanding of muscle groups and the way that the body works. Glenn has created a routine for me that has genuinely step changed my health and fitness.

Glenn has been training me for over a year now and has completely transformed how I view exercise (even cardio!). He has positively altered my mind-frame from seeking unsustainably quick fat-loss programmes, to incorporating training and good nutrition into part of a sustainable and long-term lifestyle. I always look forward to my sessions with Glenn - He is passionate about what he does and brings a wealth of knowledge to our sessions, as well as making them a lot of fun! I have been training with Glen for 2 1/2 years now and have seen fantastic results both in terms of weight loss and muscle gain but more importantly in terms of overall fitness and energy levels. Glen brings an enjoyment and fun to the sessions that I have never had before which make them something to look forward to during the week. He has also given invaluable advice in terms of diet and nutrition, which has been very useful, and the training programme and variety of training methods, locations and techniques has grown significantly during my time with him. He takes strong interest in my training outside of our sessions and I frequently send him screenshots of runs, cycles and other training that I undertake during the week so that he can monitor this alongside the sessions that we do together. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Glen as a personal trainer and I'm looking forward to continuing training with him for many years to come.

Glenn is such an incredible pt. I struggled with nutrition a lot but Glenn made it so easy to get on track and eat the right foods. I lost 3 kgs in a 3 weeks and overall feel healthy and strong outside of the pt sessions too. He’s very kind and patient and has a lot of knowledge to share. I highly recommend him 💯

I have really enjoyed my programme with Glenn and would recommend working with him. He is great at listening and refining the programme structure based on my fitness goals and week by week progress. He provides a user-friendly sheet (with videos) that i can follow through the week. Having the regular sessions together helps with my accountability and discipline. I've experienced real progression vs. my goals and generally feel great too.

I’ve been training with Glenn at PT LDN for over a year now and seen great results. I’ve lost 13kg of body fat, gained muscle, and significantly increased my overall strength and fitness. Glenn is an expert in what he does, encouraging, and great at instilling motivation and accountability (something I’ve previously lacked). And the tailored training plans and advice on diet/meal planning complement the training we do in the gym. Glenn has been a great PT and mentor understanding my needs and providing guidance through a personal calculated diet and exercise plan with regular check up plans for progress. Glenn is the best PT we’ve ever had. My now husband and I did a 6 week package with him before our wedding and it was the best. No one session was the same, there was variety, I did something new every session, and his motivational chat was the right balance - respectful, kind and motivating! We have moved further away now, but would 100% keep going if it wasn’t for the distance. Training with Glen over anyone else is a no brainer.

Glenn is the GOAT! If you’re looking for a PT, no matter where you are in your journey, Glenn is your guy. I’ve gone from being the resident skinny kid to consistently eating healthily and training 3 to 4 times a week. The confidence and knowledge Glenn helped me build has made working out a long term, sustainable habit which I never thought was possible. Glenn is patient, supportive and doesn’t subscribe to toxic gym culture and unrealistic overnight results. He strikes the perfect balance between holding you accountable, while being a realist and tailoring a programme/diet around your goals and lifestyle. He’s always available over text for any questions, no matter how small or “stupid”, and continued to maintain communication with me even after I finished my 4 month program with him! 5 star review for a 5 star PT. You won’t be disappointed.

Glenn is absolute the best trainer ever! He is super professional, fun, and progressively help me to plan and design everything from the beginning, gradually. I feel this is super personal from diet, training plan, homework, cheat meal and almost everything until we transform the whole body as expected. It is a great investment on both healthier lifestyle, physical and mental health. Strongly recommend.

I have been a regular gym goer for many years and in a short period of time Glenn helped me introduce significant changes to my routine and diet to achieve better results. Over the last few months we have been working on my flexibility and thanks to his personalised routine I managed to get to the level of fitness I have never reached before. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommended for anyone regardless of gym experience!

I have been working with Glenn since March 2022 and we meet every two weeks. Whilst I initially only signed up for a few sessions to reach a short-term goal, I found working with Glenn so valuable that I’ve stuck around! He has been great at motivating me to build a healthier lifestyle which includes reaching my strength and movement goals. I would now consider myself an active person, whereas beforehand I went to the gym inconsistently. I also gained a lot of knowledge about movements and how to maximise my workouts and keep improving. He is great at incorporating any new goals and tailor sessions to how I am physically and mentally. I can clearly feel and see the difference in my physique and strength, but also in my mindset. I can now say that I enjoy working out and challenging myself! I would recommend him if you want a PT who is knowledgeable about various types of training (from yoga to strength) and cares about your progress!

Glenn is an amazing PT. Over the course of several months, he helped me to significantly improve my training, and I know feel much more comfortable going to the gym and following my training plan. The good thing is he doesn't only focus o the obvious stuff (lifting properly) but he also provides advice on eating healthily.

I have been training with Glenn for nearly a year. I got great results quickly , starting in the first 6 months. I tonned up and lost weight beyond the target I set myslef. He was consistent, positive and very flexible. Glenn helped with my diet, muscle pains and motivation to do things. He targets exercises to my body and goals, which is great. He knows a lot about anatomy so I trust this is done safely and well. We excercixe outside all year round and he has been so kind to agree to do this. He is very flexible about moving sessions around and he always communicates very clearly. He takes his job and his clients very seriously. Sessions are fun and with good banter. We do a lot of boxing. He always let's me win, we'll at least he says so😉

I originally started working with Glenn to avoid getting injured when I played sport. It has, however, developed into a passion with fantastic results. I love learning about how it all connects - gym technique, diet and the body. I now go at least 3 times a week and look forward to every session.
